The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. This is a huge upgrade from their old location. Andres and Jose have out done themselves once again. Andres and Jose have been the owners of this shop for many years and they are great! It's a family owned business. They are great masseuses. They make sure to target the knots you have in your body or any type of pain you are having. I love how they have a red light sauna. Not only is it good for killing bacteria on your skin but it's also good at allowing you to relax before a massage or facial. Every time I come here I make sure to use the sauna. This place is amazing for a whole day of relaxing, you can spend a couple hours here just relaxing. Jose is also really good at facials. He is not only a masseuse but an esthetician. He is amazing and does great work! He can target acne. He uses many tools to help achieve clean acne free skin. He doesn't just do the same routine everytime you come in. I felt that to give an honest review, I needed to try another again to get a better feel. My appointment was 4:45pm. I showed up a little early and they let me into the cryotherapy room and took the time to explain to me the process. I had never done cryo before so I did the lowest setting and that was quite an experience. I appreciate how easy it was, that you generally do it yourself and the headphones for music. Not a fan of the cold but I can deal with 2:30 of it for the health benefits. After that, I sat in the very serene waiting room for my therapist. In there, you have comfy chairs, can get some water or tea and you also see the beds where they do other services. I was checked in on a couple times by an employee before my 5pm massage and appreciated the attentiveness. Before the massage, I used the restroom and was very impressed at how spacious, clean and modernized it was. My therapist greeted me slightly before 5pm and led me to the room. I greatly appreciated the punctuality. This was a huge reason why my first time didn't go so well. She explained to me the process, asked how firm I wanted it and if I wanted to target any areas. I asked for upper body mostly. The massage table itself is so nice. It's automatic in moving up and down and it heats. Honestly; when you're face up with a cover over your eyes and they move the table down, feels like you're flying in the air. The massage was amazing. I didn't feel like any movements were wasted or just done to pass the time. Again, an issue with my first time. This felt like a myofascial release almost, which I love. The hot stones were a nice touch. My back and neck will definitely appreciate all the love it got and hopefully have benefits in the short term. To the therapist Belkis, you're a rock star. Places like Burke Williams disclose this better and I would recommend Heights Wellness updates their website to list both prices side by side vs small print at the bottom that still doesn't list non-member pricing. I had an incident where after my Groupon experience I was sold a promo for $100 with a free $50 gift card. I was under the impression when I booked my next 90 minute service this would cover the full expense. After my 2nd massage I was told the price was $360 for a 90 minute massage. I was post massage groggy and paid, but called the manager the next day to resolve the issue; which they did. I explained that I would NEVER have purchased that $100 promo if I knew I had to be a member for the pricing of that gift card. They understood and made the exception and resolved the issue. The "non-member pricing" is pretty outrageous and you're better off going to The Four Seasons or Burke Williams Day spa for a less expensive price, better experience and more amenities.
