I have never given a one star before. However, I left the spa with more muscle tension and anger. We booked a couple massage for me and my grandmother one week prior. We arrived 10 minutes early to wait for about 15 minutes before being offered one massage for one person. They said it was my fault for not having a phone number with them and so they could not let us know that they had mistakenly given the attached room to someone else. I could not let my grandmother stay alone 20-30 minutes by herself outside to wait for me to finish. It was a waste of my time and they did not compensate me for it. Won't be back. Do not recommend given poor service, quality of massage, and lack of good communication. read more

I've been to this place a few times before and always had great experiences which is why today was honestly super disappointing. My mom and I booked one hour massages but what I got was really not a proper massage at all. It just felt like the therapist was rubbing her hands over my body the whole time with no pressure, no technique, NOTHING!! I felt uncomfortable the entire time and couldn't relax at all. On top of that, the level of professionalism was very poor from the start. When I went into the room to get undressed, the therapist didn't knock or ask if I was ready and just opened the door and came in. Compared to my past experiences here with therapists like Tara and Jenny who are always professional and clearly know what they are doing, this visit felt completely different in the worst way. Massage was 4 stars, I got the 90 minute deep tissue massage which was fine. However, post massage was such a turn off from me returning to the establishment. Upon leaving, I tipped my therapist, more than 25% via Zelle and my therapist acknowledged receipt of the tip. A day later, I get a voice mail from the spa asking if I'd like to send my therapist a tip. This made me feel terrible that I've been branded as a non-tipper when I gave a generous amount. This was unprofessional and if this is the type of service the establishment renders, that might be why no tip was left. I returned the call the next day (Friday at 2pm) and expressed my dissatisfaction at the phone call hounding me for a tip I left, and listed the name of the therapist and how much. I requested to speak to a manager, but was told the manager went home for the day but to call back Monday- Friday between 9am- 4pm when the manager is in. When I pointed out that I am calling back within the stated timeframe, the receptionist stated that he went home early for the day. This makes me wary of the actual hours the manager is in the office and how the establishment runs. Although I was satisfied with the massage itself, the way the business is run is unprofessional and predatory. You've just lost a customer and my recommendation to others who have been looking for a good massage in the Valley. Abel, I hope you start being more tactful in managing your business. Fairly new spa that i decided to check out! Upon and informational walk in the week of 01/23/2025 and from what seemed like this place would be so good that i decided to book a couples massage for 01/26/2025 at 11 am where i requested a viewing slide door to be open while my partner and i got our massages. Nonetheless, appointment was made and we were set to come in for 01/25/2025 at 10 am. unfortunately, i had to cancel our couples massage as my partner and i got sick but i was determined to reschedule for the following weekend; if we felt better. Fast forward to 01/29/2025 i called to book the same appointment. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and i told him i wanted to book a couples massage for 02/01/2025 at 10 am. to which he said okay and that some one would call me to confirm the appointment and ask for specifics. never got the call. i had to txt the business and let them know that had not received such confirmation and that i wanted to confirm specifics about my request. to which i did get a response of "please provide name and phone #" shortly after i received an automated message with my appt date and time. or that i could call. i called and mentioned the previous request and they said yes. and that i would see them tomorrow. Fast forward again to Saturday morning. we arrived at 10:03 am, checked in and i wanted to confirm the promo service we would add to our massage because it was out first time there. i believe i went over the same confusing information with the clerk about 4 times to where i gave up and decided to opt out and just pay for 1hr massage for $73.00 for 2. They walk us over to what i thought would be our rooms and only took my partner to said room and i had to wait. they excused themselves saying that they would clean the room Infront of the one my partner was in and then i proceeded to mention that i had made a reservation for a couples massage and that when i confirmed i would be having the room next to my partners. the clerk looked confused and them mentioned it was already in use. and that i had to take the room she suggested. i was clearly upset and so i took it and the clerk followed by offering 30 min sauna session with my partner after for the inconvenience to which i said okay but that was not what i wanted though i appreciate the gesture. i went in and there was dirt on the floors and you could tell they only changed the linen and had me go in. so i sucked it up and got undressed to start my massage. My masseuse started by asking if i had problem areas to which i responded with a yes and that i have torn ligaments on my right shoulder due to previous injury that I'm still in recovery for and that it would requite no pressure at all during the massage and to be careful to which she agreed. Massage was okay, it was unpleasant and in some areas it was painful and i had to really take deep breaths and but very early on i mentioned to take off the pressure she was applying and do much less in my non problem areas to which she said "I'm sorry " and agreed but only brought it down a tad bit. during the massage she can hear be deep breathe due to the pressure she was using. The massage was finally over and i got up and i was extremely sore and my lower back was very dull and achy. i could hardly bend down. I would like to note that during my massage i could hear a lot of background noise from the staff members and that took away from the experience . I would suggest the staff is quiet during services. Their rooms have wall openings in the ceiling which does not help. Transferred to the sauna. That was a pleasant experience and quite frankly helped with my back. the shower after was good. helped wash away all the sweat after 30 mins of being in the sauna. I really wanted to give them 3 stars as i want to thank them for the courtesy sauna service but my overall process wont allow me to do so. we left $15 tips to our masseuse and went on our way. read more

I booked with Class Pass. This "spa" is very clean, except that I do believe the pillows that were used in my massage were NOT with new, cleaned pillowcases. The massage "therapist" was clearly not trained in deep tissue at all. This was a mix of Thai and Swedish massage at best, but most of the time the person was just mushing the insanely strange cream into my skin. Some of this extra thick cream peppermint cream got into my hair, and I have washed my hair 3 times since and its still in my hair. What in the world are they using here?! read more

I had a great experience with Mandy. I went in for a full body massage and she did an excellent job. The pressure was just right--firm enough to work out the tension, but not too intense where it felt uncomfortable. She really focused on the areas that needed it most and you can tell she knows what she's doing. I left feeling a lot more relaxed and loose than when I walked in. Pricing was also really reasonable, especially if you book online since they offer some good deals. I'd definitely book with her again. read more

Ive tried different people throughout my visits here but today I came here today to see my favorite and best masseuse here which is Pat. (I got her last time) HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER I enjoyed her massage the time I came prior I got her and she's AMAZING and knows what she's doing, this is my second time with her and she is the one. With her my body gets so relaxed and it's just so peaceful with her. Unfortunately I come here to relax and today I truly needed it and I didn't get that from the environment which makes me sad. 1) Today I wasn't able to relax most the time because whoever was in the room next to me had their phone going off and I heard the person say "sorry" after like 5-7 dings and then the phone just kept making noise. At some I even said wow but nothing was done about it. 2) I arrived 4 minutes past the time and that was taken into account I noticed and in the past when I've waited approximately 5-10 minutes on prior visits I was okay with it because I understand and of course the same courtesy was not returned. They offer not even a minute grace period. :/ 3) The receptionist today was loud as well you can hear her conversations clearly and it just seemed unprofessional . I did hear her also call a customer by phone if she can come at 12:30 instead of 12 because they're running tight. 4) I called to check if Pat would be there and was asked if I was scheduling on class pass ( after they looked up my # ) it went up in cost moments after I called. Fine - I get that but right after I called? Felt a little "much". 5) I also heard someone (who I can't tell if she was talking to a masseuse or on the phone) just saying how much it hurt (not sure if good or bad) but she was so loud and nobody told her to please be respectful of the other clients who come here to relax and she kept going on and on... I truly do enjoy Pat she's great and if I return it's 100% based off her with some noise cancelling headphones because the peaceful atmosphere wasn't there. read more

Really had a great first time experience here! My husband got us a Groupon deal for a couples massage for $126 with taxes and all. I like that the place is clean, has private rooms with adjoining ones for couples, dimmed lights, newly pressed sheets, and that the staff are all friendly and nice. We didn't exactly know the specific type of massage included in the deal, but as soon as Wawa asked if it's okay to step on my back, I decided to go for it, and opted for hard. Mine and my husband's bones cracked in various places, and it was just relaxing overall. She lessened the pressure at various points as well to ease any discomfort without me having to tell her. Good morning, I recently had a massage service performed by an employee named Kianna , and I would like to share my concerns regarding my experience. Throughout my visit, I felt that Kyanna displayed an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. From the beginning of the appointment, her demeanor toward me felt noticeably different from the way she interacted with other customers, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, I was concerned to learn that the individual providing my massage has not been properly licensed. If this is the case, I would appreciate clarification, as this raises serious concerns about the professionalism and standards of your establishment. I unfortunately did not have a positive experience. To begin with, there were moments where I felt exposed, and there did not appear to be appropriate attention to privacy. A partition between my room and an adjoining room (with another member of my group) was left open without being requested, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. The pressure used throughout most of the session was extremely aggressive and frequently felt burning and painful rather than therapeutic. I found myself holding my breath due to the intensity, and the therapist repeatedly told me to "relax," which was difficult given the level of force being applied. There was no clear discussion beforehand about the use of bodyweight or standing techniques. While I have experienced that style of work before, I have never experienced it to this extreme. At one point, she used what felt like her full bodyweight while standing on me, which caused me to yell out in pain. The pressure did not feel controlled or carefully modulated, and there were no meaningful check-ins about comfort or force during the session. I left feeling bruised and sore rather than relieved. A day later, I am still in pain and unable to return to my usual workout routine due to discomfort. Deep tissue work can be effective when pressure is properly adjusted to a client's tolerance and comfort, but this experience felt excessively forceful and lacking in attentiveness to safety, communication, and privacy. I really love this place. I have been a couple of times and had amazing massage and enjoyed using the red light sauna post massage as well. They are always willing to go above and beyond for clients and today I had one of the best massages I have ever had with Abel. I have had massages with multiple people here and they were all great. The space is clean and well kept and it is very convenient to schedule and put together packages for you. I had a really uncomfortable experience here. The massage itself was okay (not what I expected), but when it came time to pay, I was told that a $20 tip was required. I initially left a $10 tip based on the service I received, and the therapist insisted it had to be $20. It didn't feel like a suggestion -- it felt mandatory. Tipping should always be based on service and be at the customer's discretion. Being pressured to increase a tip after I had already left one made the entire experience awkward and unprofessional. Because of this, I won't be returning. Transparency about pricing and allowing customers to tip voluntarily would go a long way. read more

It was 47 minutes of someone lazily smearing oil on you while you wonder why you even showed up. No greeting, no smile, no welcome from the front desk guy... but magically, when it's time to tip, he's suddenly your shadow, breathing down your neck and tracking your every move like a hawk. I have been coming here for a while, really love Pat and Vicky. I get deep massages because I exercise a lot. However, it seems like they need to fix their online appointment system and the people in the front. They say to "comment" who you want when booking so I ALWAYS do. Apparently again, today, this is the 2nd time where they told me that "their system" didn't get who I wanted. I wanted Pat because she knows I'm a runner and love to get focused on my calves and shins, which she definitely focuses on. Unfortunately today, I get someone else named Mandy. Mandy comes & asks where to focus on, I tell her my calves, shins, & NO stepping. She proceeds to massage my back for the next 35 minutes and I tell her to move to my calves and she says "later." On top of that, she massages way too fast and I told her to go deep and slow and she proceeds to go at the same pace. Later comes and she massages my calves NOT even for 5 mins. She rushed through my whole lower body and the massage was terrible. Why bother asking me where to focus on if you're not going to focus on those spots? On top of that, she stepped on my lower body when I said not to. It sucks because the owner is nice and it's very close to me. However, they need to fix their system and the people in the front never know anything. Guess i'll be sticking to Vicky or going to an actual deep tissue massage place. read more

This was by far one of the best massages I've received. My therapist was Fiona and she did not disappoint. She went to town with all of my knots. I recently started jogging and doing full body exercise exercises 4 to 5 times a week. That can be very strenuous on your body if you're not used to it. I felt my body a little tense, and I went to this little gem in the valley. It's very clean and the beds were warm. Everything about the experience was five stars. The only thing I would change is, I wish they had soundproof rooms. You can hear the conversations going on outside, but if you don't care, it's not a big deal. It didn't bother me one bit. I booked a deep tissue massage for my husband as a Valentine gift because he's being stubborn about shoulder pain he had for a few months thinking this would help him. I called directly, booked the appt, told them I would come by and pay for his service to please not ask him for anything. They did exactly what I asked for. Husband arrived 10mins early, checked in, was taken to his room, he was asked what areas needed to be focused on and since this is a Thai style massage where they walk on you asked if that was ok. Which he doesn't mind and said yes to. He said his massage was good, she definitely concentrated on the areas needed, but he felt very relaxed and clam. He said he would go again and he's not one to go to spas. Really appreciate this place because you can really work out stress point on the weekend or during the week and they are reasonably priced. I booked and had a 90 min massage with Jheda which was so terrible, I wanted to ask her to stop, however I didn't want to disturb my wife's massage so I didn't say anything. First, when I said I was cold, she laughed at me but did turn the fan down. She did not ask if she can walk on me & she did for an unusually long time. She was strong but didn't know how to back off in sensitive spots. At one point, I thought she was going to dislocate my shoulder. I am a trained, non practicing massage therapist & I feel that you, the business owner, should know this & maybe arrange for additional training for Jheda. Jose the guy in front is very nice, I walked in and he suggested a male masseuse, at first I am hesitant as I have never had a male masseuse before, he recommend "Vince" . He did a good job I just don't like the fact that he followed me in front and check for how much tip I will give. I went here before for a long time with a female masseuse and I didnt have a problem with that. Vince interrogated me about my tip well in fact it clearly says there "suggested" .
