They do have a longer wait to make appointments for new patients, I had to wait about 3 weeks after I called to make the appointment but after you become a patient then they have more flexibility on the schedule. The staff has been very nice and friendly. Very helpful when needed too. Dr. Sunny is nice and listens to your concerns. They have a "reward" machine for when they are done with their procedure. My son really enjoyed that part and he was a good boy all throughout his cleaning, he actually enjoyed it and is been asking em to come back ever since .
