Berry Farms Dental was right down the street from me for a few years but I have since moved over 30 minutes away. I had a bad tooth ache and they were the only place I trusted to call to help. I actually was able to be seen same day within the hour Very friendly staff got me into an exam room where new x-rays were taken and they explained what was happening and gave me a few options for how to fix it. Ultimately it was decided I need to see an oral surgeon first before continuing any kind of treatment at Berry Farms Dental. I was past due for a cleaning so they were able to do that after my exam. Excellent initial visit to Berry Farms Dental. Feels pretty state of the art - online scheduling, text updates, in house crowns, are examples. Excellent communication, they checked ahead to know what insurance would and wouldn't cover and proactively contacted me so I knew what to expect. Our family recently relocated to the Franklin area and we needed to find a new dentist. The Berry Farms Dental team has been fantastic thus far. All of our paperwork and appointments were completed online and it was very easy to transfer records from our old dentist. The staff is friendly & engaging. Maybe I went on an 'off' day, and after I visit again, I'll definitely change my review if the experience is better, because I've heard good things about this place and I'm willing to try again. Let me first say the receptionist and technician were friendly and excellent! The technician was kind, understanding, and accommodating to my disability. HOWEVER, the dentist herself was NOT friendly, didn't appear concerned about my limitations, was rushed, not focused, rough, gruff, dismissive, and rude. I'm going to hope it was an off day for her. However, I was less than happy with how I was treated (especially being a disabled patient). Her technique was not good...she was very rough and banging my other teeth with the equipment while trying to fix another one. She ended up not doing a great job (again, was very rushed). She might be fixing 50 teeth a day, but for me, it was my first tooth needing fixing. A patient shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience, ever! While this experience was LESS than stellar, I've heard good things from several people about this office. So, I will give it one more try and if things go better, I'll change my review. read more

Very good experience. They were following all safety protocols and I felt very comfortable there.

We have gone to Berry Farms for all our dental care for many years but recently things have changed in this practice. While we love the front office staff, it seems their care is lacking. They give you estimates based on insurance but don't really check with the insurance to make sure deductibles etc are met or that they will even cover things. You end up with a huge bill. We are told that, while they don't accept that insurance will accept their payments based on their amounts and then I assume have forgotten this policy and no longer do this. You are given plans of care and they all of the sudden change to have more work done than is stated or do a bunch of work and suggest you remove that work or it isn't what would work for you now so it all has to be redone costing and exorbitant amount of money. They have employed new dentists that don't know your history, who suggest treatments that don't work withing your budget or profession. This is NOT the office we originally went to. It seems they are more interested in making money now since they have expanded the practice into doing implants etc. Just not who I would suggest anyone go to anymore. read more
