They didn't complete the service the day of the transaction; following day went back to finish the service. Big guy sitting in the desk told my husband that the "part of the transaction never went through" (OUR bank statements say otherwise) and that he needed to charge him again. He charged him again also adding $350 for tint job that he promised would be $250 total since he "really liked" my husband... that was just false advertisement for us to spend our money there! The system that they installed went out within a week!!! BC the the incorrect wires were used.. they set the system up to fail just to get more money! Anyways they stated that we had warranty as well if anything happened... husband went back in to get it fixed under " warranty" but instead left with another charge of $900+ for the new system... mind you they never finished the tint job as well .. bc "no time" Not to mention, they broke the back panel of the car when doing the installation didn't bother, giving us a discount or addressing the problem Really wish we would've read the yelp reviews before spending any dollar there!! I don't like taking my car to shops at all for that reason. I ended up buying the quad connector harness that makes installs easy and cleaned up all the wiring. I'm surprised they didn't use that to begin with. I had issues after they installed my stereo and they wanted me to pay again for them to look at it/fix it. All the issues I dealt with was from their shotty work, after rewiring everything the correct way I haven't had issues with my stereo.

Long story-short. Bought a radio, sound & alarm system from them. The installers F'd it up so badly, I ended up having to take it back to them 4 times!! In the 4 times, they managed to break my locking system on my driver's door. And the systems still don't work properly. Driving forward, the back-up camera will come on. After 4 visits, the steering wheel controls still don't work properly. Now, the alarm system has totally screwed up my entire computer system. I had to have the car towed today!. Trust me, the installers have no idea what they are doing & will screw things up! I plan on taking them to court! That's how bad it is.
