OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and prices! I went to E & R for a backup camera and display after my friend recommended them. My buddy told me not to go ANYWHERE else and now I understand why. I was quoted $300-$400 more from 2 other shops and they seemed too busy to help me. As soon as I called E & R Lourdes was so helpful and when I brought my truck in Eliel (the owner) was helpful and friendly. We agreed on equipment and installation . When I went to pick up the truck I realized the new stereo/display didn't have CarPlay and that I couldn't adjust the camera. Eliel completely swapped out the equipment and spent several more hours installing the new equipment. He wouldn't let me pay him for doing that. He's just an honest, standup guy. He also does tint. This is my new stereo and tint guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Ps. Just please be patient. This is simply a review on the tinting job I received from this shop. I've gone here prior for alarm and stereo work and have not had any issues. Customer service is good and so is pricing so please just use this review as a precaution. I'm not happy with the tint work I received from Eliel.(sorry if I mispelled your name) The trunk glass was far from professional and on top of the crappy tint job he made a hole in my tint and tried to cover it with a small piece of tint. Please refer to pics. My rear quarter panel windows all I see are gaps of window that was not tinted properly. Gaps all over my car that are super visible and an eye sore to look at in the daytime. Paid his asking price and I tipped and I feel like I got robbed for the crappy work I received in exchange. If you love your car like I do don't take your car here for any tint work. read more

I have been meaning to leave a review on E&R Car Stereo for the last few days. Eliel was such a pleasure to work with. I came in on a Monday afternoon to inquire about my stereo system in the car, which hasn't been working for years. I simply wanted a quote and before anything could even be discussed he was quick to take my system apart and run a free diagnostic. He was able to find that some of my system was still working and other speakers in my car were shot. I appreciated the great detail about what was wrong. After that, he provided two options to get things up and running smoothly depending on my budget. I have not worked with an individual in car service who was so honest and upfront and didn't try to price gouge. He provided two reasonable quotes and gave me a choice on my circumstances. After that, he even salvaged some of my parts and gave me a discount on the service for them. He had my system fixed in an hour. What started as just a quote ended up in getting my entire system fixed and sounding like new. I brought other concerns up and he was quick to offer solutions. I came for one trip and ended up back at his shop for other fixes every day of the week. CHOP SHOP, SLOPPY WORK. My car was broken into, they stole my tools, so I took it to E & R, and they put a Viper alarm on it. Somehow, the alarm went into "Valet Mode" by itself. Called them for help @ 3:30. After 6 cars and 9 years of using him, he abandons me when I needed him the most! No Call back, no text NOTHING! Had to pay another shop to CORRECT his BAD WORK! I have been going here for 2 years and I have spent about $1,000 and I recommended them to many people giving them 3 other customers (their work is not great but it's cheep and I was young). As I go in there to do my 3rd car they make up a problem and say its going to cost an extra $100 and he has to order a tool, it will be here tomorrow. I show up two days later and he says it will be here in 4 days I said "how do you know" he said "I'll call and make sure" after promising it will be here AGAIN he finds out they are out of stock and blames me.
