I've had two excellent sounding car audio systems installed by Audio Systems, first, a Focal, Audiocontrol, and JL Audio system in my 2021 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I wanted to hide all the equipment including the sub. I have a family that needs to either pack a stroller for my daughter or a wheel chair for my mom, losing my trunk wasn't an option. Audio Systems was able to fit a JL 12W6v3 in the spare tire well and it sounds great. A couple of months ago, I called Jack at Audio Systems and told him I picked up a BMW Z3 3.0 Roadster and I needed his team to work their magic again. They spec'd out a Helix P6 Ultimate DSP and amp, Helix i7 Compose mids and tweeters, Blam speakers for rear-fill, an Arc Audio mini amp for the Blem speakers, and an Audiofrog shallow 8" subwoofer up front. They 3d scanned the passenger footwell and designed and built an enclosure that only takes up a few inches of foot space and still lets the mids in the kick panels play through. Jack has won numerous competitions with his vehicles and he worked his magic tuning the BMW to have plenty of bass even with the top down on the freeway, while still having crystal clear mids and highs, and a wide soundstage that is also so focused, I swear I can reach out and touch the performers playing across my dashboard. There's not many shops in the country that can do the type of work Audio Systems can do. If I won the lottery, my first stop would be Audio Systems to build a full show and competition car. Until then, I can still enjoy what I think is close to perfection in the cars I had them build for me already. read more

I had ordered the custom 10" Subwoofer and Box (NVX BE-TM3-VSW10S2) for my '21 Tesla Model 3 and brought it in to them to install. They were very familiar with Tesla's and were able to fit me in that week. Able to give quote and didn't up charge me at all. They made sure everything worked properly on the install side as well as sound. When finished, I was very impressed with how well it sounded but mainly the great install job they did. Terrible job. I brought my own amp and sub and still was charged over $500. I also waited over 4 hours in their lobby as they installed it. I had just gotten tint on my windows and asked them to not roll down the windows and they still did. Finally, one of the parts they recommended me to get gave out after a week and I had to get it replaced at another shop! Don't bother with these people. read more

This brought back memories of my system from back in the day so I decided to go balls out and install a system worth about three times what the car cost. I'm the doctor of logic. Ended up with a Dynaudio Esotec 362 for the front stage being driven my a Mosconi AS 200.4 and a Helix DSP.3. My first concern was correctness. I know that regardless the level of equipment, if the install sucks, it's a total waste. I wasn't so concerned with cosmetics. It's a used car, so fuck looks, right? I feel like I'm being petty for this review, but when you're lied to, it just left a bad taste in my mouth. I spent over $500 two weeks ago at this place and I was extremely happy and pleased. I came in today and had additional speakers installed. I was quoted $120 by Carlos. I negotiated for a better price and Carlos agreed for an even $100. When it came down to pay, the receptionist told me it was $120....they called in Carlos after I told them he quoted me $100. Carlos blatantly lied in front of my face and made me look like a fool. I didn't press the issue and paid. I don't appreciate being lied to. I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future. Wish I'd never spent a dime at this place to begin with. read more

Mask are required but not strictly enforced for the customers so be aware. Daniel did a great job answering my questions, showing me my options and even making suggestions. He spoke highly of his technicians and even spoke on other shops who do good work who are not connected to them in any way. Audio Systems, and MORE! Yesterday, Saturday, was a very busy day for me and I really had more to do than I could accomplish. Near the end of the day and afer having new nitrogen filled tires installed on my SUV I searched for someplace to get an alignment...at about 3:00 PM, each inquiry was met with..."can't do it today. Too late." I traveled a broad area in my quest. Near one of the last sites that I searched was Audio Systems of Moreno Valley where my wife had window tinting placed on her new car, with which we are both very pleased. It was 4:00 PM and I had given-up on the alignment. I decided to stop by to inquire about having my vehicle tinted, including the superior 6 inches of the windshield. The quote was excellent, a lifetime warranty, instructions regarding the 3 day curing period, and I received a veteran's discount. Friendly and courteous staff as well as happy customers...very pleasant! Then I was told that they could do it immediately. Great! I went accross the street for an errand an then returned. I was met by the technician placing the tinting that had finished the side windows, but wanted to be clear on exactly how low I wanted the windshield tinting...I had given general instructions, but he wanted to be certain of the placement. I sat in the driver's seat and we confirmed the exact position. Alright! He "really loves me!" I returned to the office to peruse the various displayed wares and discovered numerous varied products related to sound, communication, lighting, grills, batteries and of course tinting. I asked several questions related to products, functions, performance, pricing, and the front counter lady Patsy acted as my agent to go to the proper in-house sources for the answers that she was not able provide. In a general conversation regarding my quest for the day I was surprised when Patsy explained that they also have an auto shop on site and that they do complete alignments! Really! The next thing I know I'm signed-up for a first-thing Monday morning appointment. How's that for one stop shopping?! This is a family owned business that started its flagship site in Perris 10 years ago and opened its Moreno Valley location 6 years ago. It has grown through word-of-mouth marketing and of course happy customers. I'm impressed and my experience was fun. Mom helped Patsy with my queries, the son engaged me in conversation as I was leaving and when I was getting in the car I dropped my credit card and kicked it about 3.5 feet under the rear of the car. Dad saw my clumsy act and crawled under the car to retrieve it for me...He wouldn't even wait for me to pull the car forward as was my intent to recover it. I can't believe the drive home! My arms didn't burn from what would typically be the sun penetrating the side windows and when I drove into the direction of the sun the heat and light deflected from the partial coverage of the large windshield by the 5% tinting made a significant difference in my physical comfort as well as my driving confidence because of the reduced glare even through I did use the driver's side visor. There is lots of glass surrounding my vehicle including 2 sun roofs. I was able to reduce the fan intensity by two thirds and increase the air conditioning temperature from 60 to 69 degrees...the interior temperature felt very uniform - not as before the tinting. The performance of the tinting is beyond my expectation and the workmanship is perfect. When I returned home I shared my experience with my wife to which she declared, "Yep, that is exactly my impression of the people, service, and the tinting they provided for me!" Where was I when she shared this with me?! Then she proceeded to repeat the Patsy, mom, dad, son and craftsman experience to me while I was paying attention. I guess my failure to listen was one of those husband-wife things. I'm looking forward to seeing them all Monday for the alignment. I think then that I'll ask for a massage too! read more

It's only been 1day thus far. My new Amp & Sub are working superbly. The installer did a great job on the installation. It did take a few hours to get done which can be annoying. They do over charge on equipment so make sure u know what u are paying for. The crunch amp (1000 watt) is 57$ on amazon with wiring for kit Included meanwhile their selling it for 99$ & additional 20$ for wiring. The gs audio 12 sub woofer is 49$, yet their selling it for 99$. I get it u have to make some profit but I could've easily saved myself 100$ plus. Took 2 stars off for being over charged but all in all the installation was done proper & I am happy it in that right. read more

They're only getting a 2 because they gave me a ride home when I dropped my car off to get it tinted. Otherwise they'd get a 1 and I'd still say it was a 0!!! Very unprofessional work DO NOT get your tint done here!! They don't offer lifetime warranty btw. My 4 complaints, 1) They CUT I repeat CUT!!! my glass from the outside!! How tf does that happen??? 2)They left the inside of my windows and my seats more dirty than the outside of my car ( I haven't washed my car in 3 weeks) 3)They BROKE!! the animal figure I had hanging on my rear view mirror and left it on the floor. 4)They left every scrap of tint they cut in my car for me to throw away, I tinted only the top strip on my windshield and they left the ENTIRE windshield so dirty that was very noticeable at night every stop light looked like big blobs, created a crazy glare for any kind of light. I always come to audio systems ever since I started driving, I've given them so much business to the point I even took my wife's car there. But my issue is that, I always have to go back for an issue that they can't resolve. I've taken my truck back over 3 times with the same issue, my sub woofers keep going in and out. They always take my truck in which they take all day and sometimes I pass by which my truck is just sitting there not even being worked at. I talk to the owner telling him I will be needing my truck for work or other occasions which he still decides to take all day. After them checking my truck over 3 times basically 3 whole days. They seem to say my subwoofer works perfectly fine. I'm literally tired of bumping my music which I'm a bass enthusiast and I'm tired of having my subwoofer go out on me then come back out of nowhere, there's times where I even have to lower my music so low for the bass to finally turn back on. For a returning customer for many years giving so much business, this is seriously something that I shouldn't have to go through. If they were really checking my system they would've found and solved the problem. If they can't find the problem then it's simple, the set up and or system is trash. I'm tired of having to take my truck over and over back to them to literally go back to the same problem. I'm definitely not satisfied. If me having to go back and tell them I want my system to work 100% no matter the cost can't put there workers to work the proper way, then I hope a bad review will. If not then I don't know how to help this business it's definitely not profesional. I'm sorry to have to take it this far, but I'm tired of playing games with them. I've been holding out on writing a negative review because the front desk girl was so friendly but this is just ridiculous. I dropped off my car on 3/18/17 to have an amp/sub installed on my Mazda 3. They said they'll call me when it's ready in about two hours. Four hours later, I showed up an they were just finishing. They zip tied the wires to the steering column so every time I turned, the wires would wrap around. It only lasted a few hours before it started cutting off. I brought it in two days ago for the repair. The guy who checks it is a different guy from the original installer and confirms with me how stupid it was to zip tie the wires to the steering column. He re-routs the wires and makes sure everything is connected right. It didn't take more than two hours before It started cutting out again. I took it again yesterday, this time it was the original installer. He tells me the last guy connected everything but didn't notice the RCA (I supplied) were damaged. So he "hooks me up" by changing the RCA at no charge. This time I look under the dash and tug on the wires a bit to make sure it is fixed. I drive to the gym with no problem. After the gym on my way home it starts cutting off again. So far, it's been in their shop three times, two different guys have worked on it, and the problem persists. I'm about to take it to their shop in Perris and hope they grant me the "lifetime warranty" and have someone that can get the wiring right. read more

DO NOT bring your car here to get serviced. I forgot to get the gentleman's name but I wanted to get a radio installed in my Jeep Renegade. He started off by saying the radio I brought in wasn't the best and he didn't recommend me using that one- so I appreciated the honesty, however he proceeded with the prices. First price for the new radio was $850.. after installation and a new AMP, $1,000. After all that he continued to add on things I didn't know my car "needed" such as different speakers etc. and long story short he said we'd be paying about $1,550 in total for everything. Wasn't smooth about it at all you could tell he was just making up numbers in his head. I went to a different place right down the street and was only charged a little over $1k and the new system I got is absolutely beautiful. I did not need new speakers or AMP and it looks like a radio system for a TESLA. Again, don't know the guy's name but please just be aware of people at that shop trying to get over on you- especially if they feel like you don't know what you're talking about. Stay away this business. They installed audio system, then broke my 2012 Ford SUV's glove box and broke the center console. I mentioned to both installer and his manager. They both said it had been broke before you bring your car in. I have my SUV repaired at the dealer then bring the bill to them for reimbursement. They denied it.
