My sister did a beautiful obituary for her husband. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They required he to download the app they use in order for them to process the obituary for you (pain in the tush).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once that was done and we submitted the obituary when the Obituary was printed words were missing and instructions were not followed. My sister caught it and inquired. Even though it was uploaded correctly and was printed incorrectly, she was charged again to reprint it to correct their mistakes. They assumed no responsibility at all. Then when the correction was reprinted they printed two duplicate pages in the obituary of which we had to pull and go to an all night printing shop to do inserts to replace their mistake. We also had book markers done with a beautiful sunset and poem on them. My sister had the photographer and author's name at the bottom. This was not printed as submitted (?). We had no choice but to use as it was given to us due to time and yes they wanted to charge us for their mistake again. Horrible and incompetent and work ethics. This place truly provided me with the best customer service throughout my whole experience. My brother passed away and I needed to get some prayer cards printed. Their website is easy to use. They have many templates to choose from or you can submit your own design. There's also video tutorials to help guide you through. They turned around my prayer cards on the same day! I was fine with the 24 hour turnaround but it was appreciated. I then decided to design an 8 page program at the last minute. Unfortunately they're closed on weekends and my brothers service was on the following Monday at 2:30pm. I still submitted a design late Friday night (about 10:00pm) and hoped for the best but really doubted I'd have them in time for the wake on Monday but figured we can give it out during the burial on Tuesday. I did send an email asking if they could put a priority in hopes to get it on time (plus I planned on calling as soon as they opened). I can't tell you how stressed out I was about this. Well Sunday at about 6:00pm, I get a surprise call to inform me that my programs were done! I immediately felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders knowing that I'll have it in time for my brothers funeral. I picked them up right away and the man who attended me provided the best customer service possible. Told me how he was actually there for another job and noticed my project with my brothers service being the next day. he understood the urgency and got them done (BTW, they do ask for the date of service which I assume helps them prioritize their work...very smart) I was also informed that I could've called the tech line to inform them of my dilemma amd they would make sure they'd print them on time. This place truly cares about their customer satisfaction. The quality of the print is great and it's reasonably priced but you can't put a price on customer service and that's where they won me over. They did not seem to understand that they are working with a grieving family and made very insensitive comments. They don't have an offices, you have to do everything in the hallway and the way they charged us was very unclear! I cannot say enough about them. They provided excellent customer service. The online program is simple to use especially because there are videos showing you how to create your projects. I called because a couple of my pictures did not show on the preview screen and Frank walked me through step by step until I got it right and then he told me to email him so that he can check my work. He noticed that I did not have borders around every picture and he gave me instructions on how to fix that problem. When I picked up the obituaries, I was impressed at the quality. I have seen obituaries before, but these were top of the line high quality. I am so happy with my purchase and if I ever have to do another obituary, I would use this company. The only complaint that I have was that I did not get a call to notify me that they were ready for pickup, I had to call them. However, the obituaries were still ready two days before the funeral. I've never had to create a program for a funeral, but when my mother recently passed away, Obituaries Tomorrow was recommended to me. They have a variety of different templates to choose from, so you should be able to find several ones you would be interested in using. There are sample programs for you to look at as well. You have the option of selecting those you are interested in and marking them as your favorites, as well as looking at sample completed work. I'm not the most technical savvy person but it was pretty easy to personalize the program that I chose. When I did have a problem, I called the technical support number and Frank was very helpful.
