Alright, a 5 for a UPS Store seems crazy but nah. I went here for the first time today and it was so easy that it's a 5. The 2 women working today were very nice and very customer service oriented. They knew how to move the line, hell people, and keep such a positive culture in the store. For real, show me another UPS Store location that can boast all 3 of those concepts. You can pull up to the door, which is especially helpful if you have a whole bunch of packages to bring in (ya, that was me today). They helped move the boxes to the counter and were super friendly to my toddler. How is that not a win? It's not the closest location to the house, but it's now my location. I love this UPS. I actually live in Culver City and there's another ups closer to me, but I drive a little further for this one. Great and quick customer service always. I've seen the owner there twice and she's super sweet and she'll jump right in to help customers when the employees are busy. The WiFi works without a complicated password (you think this wouldn't be an issue, but visit other UPS stores and you will see it's an issue lol.) First time I think I've seen or met an owner of a UPS store, let alone watch them be hands on with the customers. Keep doing your thing guys. read more

Came here to drop off an Ebay prepaid label package. I placed my package on the scale, & saw the weight at 11 lbs, the accurate weight for the label I purchased. When the man who helped me scanned the package, I noticed that he pushed down on the top of the package as he scanned, causing the weight to jump to just over 14 lbs. I pointed this out to him immediately, to which he mumbled something incoherent to me & took my package to another scale & scanned again, this time properly. I've had instances in the past where after the fact, I was incorrectly & automatically charged an overage fee to my credit card on file, & when this happens it is damn near impossible to get credited a refund. So the employee who helped me either attempted to intentionally misweigh my package, or he was untrained & unprofessional. Neither scenario is ok. Please be vigilant when dropping off your packages here. read more

This is my go to UPS store. It's small, but mighty! The staff is consistently friendly and efficient.

Do not trust the workers at this location. Specifically the young, cute, petite girl. I brought my clothing return package in and didn't have packing tape at home so I asked if she could tape it for me. She took my package, weighed and scanned it, handed me my receipt and said you're good to go. It's my fault I didn't wait and watch her tape the package but she was so nice and sweet and said "I got you..." yeah she got me alright. When I finally got my refund there were items missing from the return. I should've known better but I trusted this girl. Lesson learned on my part. But do not trust this location. read more

Honestly, I didn't know there was a UPS store location in this area. So when I looked it up it was very convenient for me on Thursday, December 14. The parking can be a bit tight because there's only a few spots which is unusual for a shared property. The entrance and exit are used by the same driveway and it could be a little intense because this location is right on the corner of a busy intersection. This location is small yet clean and very organized. My cashier name Philip was not only polite in person but also on the phone. He gave very good customer service. He was very patient with me using the label-less QR code to send back a package for a friend. read more

Do not do amazon returns here. It takes a minimum of 45 minutes to get the help you need to simply drop off a package.

After being at a different private PO Box company for my business, it was such a relief to re-locate here. The owner and the staff are all very attentive, and if there's a rush of customers, they efficiently get through them so they can service anyone in line as quickly as possible. The hours that they are staffed are very convenient and of course I can pick up any mail that fits in my mailbox at anytime, day or night. Everyone is kind and friendly and knowledgeable. I love this UPS Store and the culture and the staff. I can't imagine that anyone would have anything but a wonderful experience here. The owner will be opening a new location in West LA. This review is actually overdue from Labor Day weekend, specifically on Sunday September 3, 2023. I believe the person that helped me was the store manager and her last name was Shelton. She was AMAZING! She was so friendly, kind, helpful, fun and funny, and considerate. First off they were open on a Sunday! And over a holiday weekend! We were mailing out a (wet) bridal bouquet for a special wedding present. This UPS Store manager went above and beyond helping me get a box, package it, plan for shipping, etc.. Not any fault of hers, but it was SO expensive to ship this and she helped me figure out the best options. Because it was a Sunday and a holiday weekend, she knew the bouquet would sit there in a box for several days. So she took it upon herself to keep the bouquet in fresh water and pack it up 2 days later on the following Tuesday because I am from out of town. When I called that Tuesday, worried maybe they'd forgotten all about the flowers, I was reassured she'd cared for those flowers all weekend, over the holiday, and then shipped them off safe and sound firs thing that morning. The bouquet arrived in great condition and was used for a special Etsy gift that only just now arrived to the bride (in December) and the end result of our gift is soooo special and gorgeous. I know the gift we gave was only made possible by the care, professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail of this amazing UPS store and this specific woman! Great experience! read more

Always willing to go the extra mile to do things nice like carry package to car(even the boss there helped me carry my heavy packages, or to hold umbrella in rain when you go to your car.
