Vegan review- 100% yes. We were here for a trip and decided on this place because they did have a vegan option. This was the cutest place! We all sat in the patio and the weather was perfect for it. We had a group of 8, but because they didn't have enough space to put two tables together we sat separately, but that's fine, we were just hungry and ready to eat. I ordered the veg with vegan cheese. O.m.g. The most amazing pizza ever! The cheese melted just like real cheese. The crust was thing, soft in the middle and crispy at the end. It was perfect! I also got a glass of the pineapple Chardonnay, a perfect companion to the pizza. If I come back to Denver, I will 100%come back here!

Pizza was really greasy, wasn't hot, and wasn't crispy in the slightest. Calzone busted open and both the calzone and pizza seemed burnt: very weak garlic butter. Flavor - however was pretty good

Food was incredible! We got an order of cheese bread, champagne salad, and three 16" pizzas for six people and left with a whole pizza worth of leftovers. Mushroom pizza was my favorite but the pesto caprese was also delicious. Our food came out promptly and our server was excellent. It's a pretty small space but seems like they fit a lot of customers! Also have an outdoor space.

We came here for the first time today and it was really good. We sat outside because the weather was beautiful. We definitely over ordered so we have plenty of leftovers! Our server Morgan was great, she was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend Oblio's for great pizza!

Oblio's was fine. It's a cute little place with some great outdoor seating (if it's nice out). But overall, our meal was... bland. I ordered the arugula salad with chicken and the chicken was dry. The salad was fine though. My parents ordered the pasta with meatballs and the sauce was sweet but otherwise also bland. The meatball was also hardly covered in sauce. It seems like a pizza place so maybe we should have ordered pizza, but I was hoping for something more. My favorite part was the cheesy bread but that was extremely greasy. Finally, all we wanted was some more water and it wasn't until we called them down that we got more. So... again it was fine. I probably wouldn't go back but glad we tried it.

Would love to give this place 5 stars, but there's consistently things missed on orders. Today, ordered a pizza that had whole pizza toppings and half pizza toppings. Instead, got two separate half pizza toppings. The whole pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage, 2xmushrooms, and garlic. One half of the pizza did not have any of these, only the additional toppings that were on the half. At least this time they got the marinara sauce. Last time we ordered, they missed the marinara cups and I just - in good faith - didn't check when I picked up the order. Sure, it's dollars and cents here and there, but it's consistently a miss here and there. This is one of the better quality - good sauce, good dough, ample toppings - pizza spots in town when they do get it right, but the 30 minute drive for pickup, 30 minute drive home to find out your order is wrong or missing is discouraging. Hopefully this review can encourage more attention to detail. For now, will be leaning in more to some other pizza spots.

Half & Half Margherita and Rock Man

I was hit with the urge to try a new pizza spot last night, and we gave Oblio's a go. We got delivery, so I can't speak to atmosphere or service, but the pizza was good! I appreciated the wide selection of specialty pizzas, which included quite a few vegetarian options. I also love that you can order a half-and-half pizza, even if the bases use different sauces! I tried the Margherita and The Rock Man. I preferred the latter, and felt the Margherita was more like a plain cheese pizza with basil on it than a classic Margherita. I also wish the blue cheese was more prominent in The Rock Man. It was there, but subtle. I enjoyed the meal though, and my leftovers reheated well for lunch the next day. My husband liked his Sweet Danny Dean (bbq chicken) pizza, but not enough to save his leftovers.

We spent nearly $100, but the food was surprisingly bland and under-seasoned. We started with the meatballs, which tasted as though they might have been frozen. We also ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, but it was runny and lacked flavor. Even the chips couldn't save it, lol. My partner makes a much better version at home--and hers tastes like it was made with love. There really is a difference. For our main course, we ordered a Supreme Detroit-style pizza. Since I'm from New York, it reminded me more of a Sicilian-style pizza, which I usually enjoy. Unfortunately, the cheese was extremely dry against the bread, and even the ranch couldn't help. Also, why do people eat pizza with a fork and knife? Maybe I was raised like a savage in New York, but you're supposed to pick up a slice, fold it, and eat it. The restaurant was extremely crowded, and the overall experience felt more like a process of getting people in, serving them, and getting them out than creating an enjoyable dining experience. The food didn't seem to be prepared with much care or attention; it felt more like an assembly line. We also felt somewhat out of place in the restaurant. That alone wouldn't have been an issue, but combined with the food, crowd, and overall atmosphere, it simply didn't feel like our kind of place. For nearly $100, I expected significantly better food, flavor, and service. Honestly, I've enjoyed pizza from Papa Murphy's, Cicis, Pizza Hut, Papa John's, Sam's Club, Costco, Mondo's, and Marco's more. If you're looking for great pizza, I personally wouldn't recommend Blue Pan Pizza in Congress Park. And if you're going for the ambiance, I wouldn't recommend it for that either. Bottom line: Expensive, under-seasoned, overcrowded, and disappointing. Blue Pan Pizza may be popular, but it definitely wasn't for us. NO garlic power, NO pepper, NO oregano, NO onion powder, NO Italian seasoning, NO NOTHING!!!!!

When I returned home after that trip I was sad because I thought I'd never be back and I might never have Blue Pan again or get to see a show in Red Rocks again. Last week I was lucky enough to return to Denver to again see a show at Red Rocks but I swear I was more excited to go back to Blue Pan. It was literally my first stop when I got into town. I said it before in my review of the other Blue Pan across town but it's quite literally the best pizza I've ever had. My daughter was with me this trip and she's not a fan of thicker pizzas. She ended up eating two pieces herself. You need to go try this place it is just too good to pass up. Now I have to come up with another reason to visit Denver because I don't want this to be the last time I've had Blue Pan pizza.

The good - the pizza was really freaking good. Tried both the Parma Italiana and Diavola and both were outstanding (and I don't typically enjoy Detroit style thick pizza). The place has a cool ambiance, good music and plenty of beverage options. So yeah I'm gonna guess I just came here on the wrong day.

However, when I saw the reviews and photos of Marco's pizza, I HAD to try it! Reading back at old reviews, it seems like 2025 was a bad year with terrible customer service, poor quality food, and uncleanliness. It seems like changes have been made since then because our experience was great! We ordered the Carne and Margherita Bufala pizzas to share amongst our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 little boys). The pizzas are pretty big, but since the crust is thin, our family devoured everything with my husband and I feeling still a bit hungry after. I think I could seriously have eaten an entire pizza by myself. This is just to help you decide on how to order; if you're hungry, get a whole pizza for yourself. Both pizzas were really good. I did like the Margherita pizza more than the Carne. The Carne tasted a bit more salty comparatively. Since I love basil, I do wish both pizzas had more of it. Side note: if price is a deterrent, then get the regular Margherita pizza. Maybe it's just me, but I couldn't tell the difference between bufala mozzarella vs regular mozzarella. Perhaps if I ate them side by side to compare then I could. Furthermore, I saw somewhere that they have a Tuesday special where the Margherita pizzas are 50% off! The price of the pizzas are a tad bit high, but I think it's worth it since the restaurant uses fresh and high quality ingredients. This place is definitely worth a try. It may not be a place where you would eat regularly with your family, but it's great for a special occasion or date night. Overall, our family really enjoyed Marco's and appreciated that they were able to bring us a little bit of Italy. (: We accidentally left our plastic bottle of water at our table and when we left, one of the waiters ran out of the restaurant to give it back to us! Honestly, he could have thrown it away, but he didn't. I still couldn't believe that he got our attention to return it to us. I love the thought and integrity of the act. Thank you!

When the pizza was delivered to our hotel in downtown Denver, I was skeptical. Was the crust truly Gluten (or Glutron) Free? I checked the order confirmation, and saw the handwritten note on the box claiming the pizza was Gluten / Glutron Free. Then I devoured with abandon. I cannot overstate how incredible the Glutron (or Gluten) Free pizza crust was. Even the Gluten Free model was superior to the actual Naples glutened pizza I ate those many years ago. All kids like pizza. 2. Some kids like beer. 3. Some kids like soda. I think Hops & Pie is great for kids and I see lots of them there whenever I visit. 08JAN2012 Why isn't it named "Hops and Mac"? As in Macaroni and Cheese and bacon, ham hocks, peas, IPA. Went on a Sunday afternoon (will I be happy when the Donkeys are no longer on TV) to drink beers and eat. Decided to "step outside the box" and ordered "Mac & Cheese" instead of pizza. This is the best M&C I have ever eaten in a restaurant and it will also make me step up my efforts at home. 18DEC2011 I arrive at 1347 which is 13 minutes before they open on a beautiful warm Sunday afternoon in Denver. There are people (shall we refer to them as "alcoholics"?) who are also waiting. When the door is unlocked (3 minutes early), 14 people rush in. At 1406, it is standing room only. What makes this place so popular? Could it be the Avery Brewing tasting flight? Rumpkin beer. Could it be the slice of the day: Cheeseburger? Could it be the excellent bartender service? Could it be the perfect bar atmosphere? Well, I won't tell. You need to visit for yourself. 05OCT2011 This time, we ate there. Excellent pizza. Very good service. 13SEP2011 making progress Free Wi-Fi. Always good. 31AUG2011 Walked the 2 blocks from my house and picked up an Artisan Pizza. Excellent. Super thin crust. Bursting with flavor. $2 craft beer in cans (6 to chose from) on Wednesdays. I really need to return and just work my way thru the huge beer selection.
