Back in Denver for a few days, and Blue Pan was a MUST because of its rare, elite pizza!…read more They rose to the occasion, as this Congress Park location has always been a favorite. Great customer service, Andrew was a terrific server, brief wait mitigated by a solid communication system. Interior loaded with positivity and a family atmosphere. Loved our one-half Brooklyn Bridge and one-half Parma. So very good. Caesar salad also rocked.

They looked at my receipt multiple times, which made it feel like they didn't quite believe me, and I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes while they sorted it out. I was also told that next time my company should call instead of ordering online, which was confusing since they offer an online preorder option in the first place. That said, the pizza itself was really good. The crust was thick, salty, and a bit oily in that satisfying way, and the ingredients tasted fresh. One thing to note is the portion size, don't underestimate it. Even a small Detroit-style pizza is dense and can easily feed 2-4 people. Overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because the food was great, but the online ordering experience could definitely use some improvement.

Actually, this spot is centrally located, on the edge of Uptown and Five Points, right between City Park and the Central Business District. There's also a nice parking lot. I ordered the Supreme with tomato sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, red onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and kalamata olives. I found it very average. I collected it promptly at the time specified, but the crust was very soggy and too droopy to pick up a slice. The toppings were OK, but nothing special. The amount of tomato sauce was a little light for my taste and it was very bland. The same with the cheese. I had heard good things about this place, but there is far superior pizza to be had in Denver these days. I was not impressed. The area is not well-lighted and it's kind of creepy at night. So is the building. The staff was friendly and they did bring me my takeout box promptly.

It was wonderful! Ordered about 30 minutes in advance, showed up, and our pizza was hot and ready for us. Ordered The Meats. For a more high-end pizza, I was surprised by how reasonable their prices are. And the pizza! So delicious - good amount of meat - great cheese - and tasty crust. Would love to try their pizza again in the future. Will definitely be on our list for our next Denver trip.

Great food and good service!…read more Street parking so make sure you read the signs. A lot of other restaurants so you might have to go down a few streets. Went here for a friends birthday so we made a reservation. It wasn't that busy when we arrived but it is a small space so never hurts to reserve a table. Our server was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions about portion sizes and what ingredients were in each item. We ordered the garlic bread and salad to share and I got the Cacio e Pepe full size. I didn't eat the salad but my friends really liked it! The garlic bread was AMAZING! Definitely the talk of the night! It's only three slices and it was a little pricy but seemed worth it. The full-size Cacio e Pepe was creamy and delicious! I didn't finish it all intentionally because I wanted to take the rest for lunch tomorrow. I would definitely suggest this one to anyone! At the bottom of the menu, it does say that a 20% service fee is added onto everyone's bill and that this is not a tip. I think it's important to point this out because some people might misinterpret it so definitely take that as you will. Overall, the food was amazing, it was a little pricey, but worth it for a friend's birthday.

Gluten free? They've got that too. Old parking lot is now an expanded patio so that's chill. A nice area for the kids to run around too. Inside is where it's at either at the bar or in the two section of the restaurant. If you get a window seat you can people watch on Tennyson AND be a part of the taproom action! It's called ambiance sweety. Nifty. Honestly the staff is great. Special shout out for Chase and Lauren. Lots of personality and friendly. Good service and the food is quick. Drinks are always quick but sometimes during really busy times food takes a second. GOOD. Please make my pizza with love and affection. Lot of locals here and people from all around town stopping in who know what's good. A gem of north Denver for sure. Hands down. A little something for everyone. Always suggesting this to visiting friends and a weekly staple for me personally. Now open on Mondays! Daily deals. A slice of the day. Pie of the month. Sandwich of the week. Really can't say enough good things about this establishment. It's bussin fam. No CAP.
