Cute little bar with weekday happy hour. Got there at 4:30 and was seated right away. By 5:30, it was definitely busy. Tables are pretty close together. Love the outdoor patio seating with misters on hot days! The food was pretty good, albeit on the pricey side. The oysters were delicious, and they had some sort of promo going on that the server sold me on that required downloading the Blackbird app. There was some confusion though because then they forgot to take off the oysters that should have been free, and that was kind of annoying considering all the additional effort from downloading and setting up and paying with the app. As a gym girlie, I will say this place is very carb heavy. Few hard hitting protein options.

Sorta self service. Interesting concept but not enough servers. Good pizzas, quirky environment, good location. A little pricey for what you get. Not sure about a repeater for us.

I'm late to the party of Cart-Driver but so happy I finally made it! I was able to try the Daisy ($17), which is a margherita pizza, and the Peppers ($21)! I found the Daisy to be a bit bland and needing more cheese, sauce and basil, but the Peppers was absolutely delish! The quality pepperoni and bit of spiciness was perfect! Both pizzas were served piping hot fresh from the wood fire oven and had beautifully worked chewy crusts. The restaurant has an industrial vibe as the structure is literally constructed from shipping containers. Very casual. Order at the counter and sit indoor or out in the middle patio. They were playing so hard/death metal type music when I was there. I wasn't a fan but I luckily I had a great pizza to distract me! Service was attentive and quick!

Unbelievably cool artisimal flare in this small pizza joint named Cart Driver on Larimer. I really had to hunt to find this place as it was not on the regular food sites. Cart Driver should be your first choice for incredible pizza in Denver. Located in a small space that looks like a converted storage unit, Cart Driver only seats about 30 people. Our perch was up front looking into the compact but efficient wood fired pizza oven and kitchen. For a Saturday afternoon, the place was hopping. They have appetizers, oysters, boards, salads and pizzas. We started with the chicken mousse, toasted rosemary focaccia, apricot spread and mostarda. The mousse was flavorful, smooth, great taste and incredibly rich. Some of the best focaccia I've ever had. Our pizza selection was the little neck clam with pancetta, roasted garlic, panna and a grilled lemon wedge. The dough was fluffy, light, savory, perfect char and a hint of salt. Both dishes were unbelievable, a bit higher price point but well worth it. Cart Driver on Larimer was a huge impressive surprise. The food combinations were unique, tasty and a definite must return to try other dishes. The vibe here is chill and unassuming. This small "gem" won't stay below the radar for long. Treat yourself for a quality meal and great atmosphere at Cart Driver, you won't regret it. Amazing Meal.

What a gem! My husband and I stayed at the Ramble and this was right across the street and we are so happy to have stumbled on this spot! The Pizza is absolutely decadent! Perfectly cooked, amazing ingredients, fabulous crust....and I really mean that, I don't eat crust but this crust was worth eating and I did! We ordered the hot chicken pizza which was quite a surprise, just a menagerie of flavors that were epically paired to create a unique combo that I've been thinking of ever since!!!!! Spicy chicken, pickles, some sort of magical sauce...yum city! We also ordered the peppers pizza which is basically their version of pepperoni but with fresh garlic and Calabrian chili...it was also terrific! Lastly we ordered a customized pie with lots of meats and some other extras and it was loaded with flavors and it was also a hit. My husband ordered an N/A beer and I had house water which is served freezing cold which I certainly appreciate. Seating is rather limited, the space is however clean and the staff is very kind. We even got a visit from one of the crew shortly after the food came out to check on how we liked everything. Overall, a wonderful and expedient service and the food was absolutely delicious! If I lived closer I would certainly be a regular!

Was looking for a quick bite ahead of our Death & Co rez, so stopped in here! Super solid - we had the: *Peachza with added prosciutto - this one is a seasonal one. The texture was perfect and I think that's a tough feat when you have stonefruit on a pizza. You have to consider the liquid it adds and how to cut it so you have the right balance. Anyways, Cart Driver knocked it out the park with this one! *Cart Driver (sausage, kale, mozzarella, chili flake) - seeing that it's their namesake pizza..we kinda had to order it! Pleasantly surprised that the kale was nice and crispy and not soggy (win!) The flavors were really good. The wood-fired Neapolitan-style crust was so so good! Also I keep thinking about the hot sauce! Apparently they switch it up and also bottle and sell it. We sat outside on the patio! There is some indoor seating too. Anyways, a solid stop in RiNo! They also have a location in LoHi.

This an interesting little place. If you're looking for traditional pizzas then this isn't for you. They have unique pies that all sounded good except for the peach one. Because eff peaches. Gross. They use a sour dough crust which was unique and really good. We got the most traditional pizza they had which was more or less a pepperoni. Unwanted the clam pizza but just wasn't in the cards for us. It's quaint. Okay it's pretty small. They do have a seating area outside that was nice and a little patio out front. Good pizza, less than traditional menu, maybe would come back if I was near there.

Came here after a drink at Death & Co (across the street) and while Cart-Driver is not near my home, I always wish it was closer. The pizza is simple, good quality ingredients cooked just perfectly. They use the cupping pepperoni and high quality cheeses and toppings. We got a pepperoni and sausage and greens pizza. Both great, and also they do have a good selection of beers and drinks too. You pay a higher price here, especially for a friendly however very casual atmosphere (order at counter, get number for table), but it is definitely worth it.

I e never had pizzas come out so close to being made. So fresh and hot! The ingredients were delicious and high quality. Our favorite was the margarita and will definitely get it again. Loved their outdoor seating on a beautiful spring day!

Daisy Pizza (5/5): Very simple margherita pizza. The sauce was good and there was just the right amount of it. It could've used a little more cheese but it was nicely melted. The crust was almost like a fluffy, chewy naan and I really enjoyed it. (This was also half-price for their late night happy hour deal). Cart Driver Pizza (4/5): The sausage and kale were good toppings, but not having any sauce was a bummer. Clam Pizza (4/4): I always like trying a clam pizza because it's a good change of pace. This one had pancetta too which was great except it overpowered the clams a little though. RATING SYSTEM 5 - Great (Need to get this again) 4 - Good (Would get this again) 3 - Ok (Might give this another shot) 2 - Not Good (Won't get this again) 1 - Bad (Telling people to avoid this)

Amazing pizza and great seasonal sauces to add on your pizzas. One of the best pizza crusts in Denver and wonderful tomato sauce.

Ordered the Peppers, Daisy, and the Cart Driver pizzas and wow, they came out looking almost too pretty to eat. Three pizzas were the perfect amount to feed our group of four. The pizzas are thin and crispy that makes every bite feel light but satisfying. Service was super friendly--our server had such a happy vibe, which made the meal even better. We sat inside, but the patio looked like a great option too if you want fresh air. Street parking was easy to find on a Monday night. Favorite pick? The Daisy. Simple but so, so good!! I love cheese!

I came here on a Friday to eat dinner solo. I ordered the clam pizza, the chopped salad and an na beer. The total for my dinner with tip was sixty bucks. For what it was, I thought this price was high. The wood fired pizza and salad were crafted fantastically and everything tasted wonderful. I just think that 60 bucks for a small 12" 6 slice pie and a salad is just too much in my opinion. Service was fast, efficient and friendly.

The concept of it being inside a home is very interesting. The food here is amazing especially their Caesar Salad. That salad was so delicious we wanted to order some to go. Now the reason why this place is getting three stars because 1. The service here is horrible! 15-25 minute wait for our server to come back around and check in on us. It wasn't just us either but it was everyone else in the room. Saw a couple that waited about 25 minutes just to be checked up on after being seated. We also never asked for our bill yet and it was given to us without us asking. We wanted to order more food after our entree. Hence why we never got to order our Caesar salad. 2. This one was the most disappointing part of our dinner. We ordered tiramisu for our dessert, once served I noticed a glossy chunky on it, assuming it was maybe crystallized sugar. Wrong. It was a chunk of ice!! The tiramisu WAS STILL FROZEN!! For 12 bucks I can get some better tiramisu at king soopers, Safeway, or any other restaurant honestly. 3. There was an ant in my drink, and we weren't compensated for that. We paid 4 dollars for an ant drink.

We started with the focaccia (with the ricotta and honey on the side) and it was so tasty. My partner doesn't normally like ricotta, but loved this dish! Then, we had the melon salad (very refreshing). We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff brought out complimentary glasses of bubbly rosé, as well as their special dish, which were the stuffed squash blossoms. This was a really thoughtful touch! For mains, we ordered the tagliatelle with lobster (this dish had a tiny bit of spice, which was fine for us but might catch someone else off guard), and the lamb loin. Both were excellent. Overall, we had a great time! We found easy street parking nearby, as well. My only downside would be that, because this restaurant is so popular, there are lots of diners, which makes for a pretty loud atmosphere. Pair that with a white wine and you got yourself a time. The 2 course offering for lunch is also phenomenal. I got the Insalata Mista (lettuce, shallot, reggiano) and it's a decent sized salad and very tasty. The Mafaldine (lamb ragu, pecorino romano) is to die for. Such great flavor and the pasta is always cooked perfectly. The service here is always top-notch too. The staff is very well-trained and is on top of everything. Truly a well-oiled machine. The arancini was a fusion of Indian spiced cauliflower with mint-cilantro yogurt raita. My favorite of the Spuntini dishes was the Granchio--jumbo lump crab served over a crispy potato cake with butternut squash and a perfect 63 ° egg. We split two Primi dishes: their special of the day pasta, and the Cappellini Aglio e Olio. The Cappellini was amazing--a perfect blend of Indian spices, breadcrumbs, and another 63 ° egg. Yum.
