Andy not only goes out of his way to listen to what I want, but always makes sure to spend extra time determining my needs and explaining the options, and then orders what I want immediately if he doesn't have it in stock. The price was fair - and besides the dealer being authorized to honor the warranty, I get such a positive feeling of honesty from the dealer, and a clear focus on my needs, that I'd really hesitate to buy a brand that they carry elsewhere. A great place - in all the locations! I dealt with the Somers Point, NJ store this time - but have had equally positive experiences in Marlton, NJ & Villanova, PA.

When I was in a store I was very impressed with their selection and actually purchased an additional bracelet from Jim, which he kindly sending along with my watch as well. Showed the salesperson the other heads on my bracelet, specifically showing the size and thickness of the gold charm I wanted to purchase. The charm with engraving was $650 plus tax. I went to pick up my bracelet and noticed the charm was only 1/2 as thick as the charm I showed her. The salesperson said if I wanted a charm as thick as my other charms I would need to pay an additional $238. The salesperson ordered the wrong charm. The salesperson made the error they would not correct the problem unless I paid more money. I also asked them to give me a price on a custom made bracelet before I had the issue with the gold charm.. She said it would run between $3000-$4000. Few days later she called to say it would cost $4900. Her estimate was so far off the original number. Went to another jeweler and got the same bracelet for $1100 less than their price. When I told them I would not be purchasing the bracelet because I got a better price. The response was why didn't you let us know, we could have worked with you. So the original price was an inflated price. This is a terrible way to do business.
