When we went back again within a few weeks; again, he greeted us and remembered our names. That says a lot about great Customer Service !!! He doesn't try to sell you anything, you know what you are looking for ... he is there if you see something you like, he is not pushy at all. Just a great guy, Really! About the store... location is right off a main road ... plenty room to park.. all items are clearly marked with the price so you don't have to guess how much ... and looks like prices are pretty much reasonable too. If you need something special and he does not have it in shop just ask, he may be able to get it for you within a week . I later discovered cracks and chips in the exact areas where the prongs had been holding it. I provided photos of the damaged stone and the empty setting. In addition, I sent a copy of the original appraisal certificate to help resolve the issue, but the store DECLINED to REPLACE the STONE or Offer ANY COMPENSATION. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was a meaningful piece to me, and damage could have been avoided with proper care. I hope the store will reconsider how they handle delicate stones in the future. VERY Disappointing Experience. I would not recommend using their repair service.

So we took the advice of our waitress. We are so glad we did. We showed up a little bit after opening. The jeweler was not there so we left and came back. The woman at the counter remembered us. She took our ring back and he tightened it right up in a about minute. Best thing he didn't charge us. When I was unsatisfied with the outcome the owner again couldn't be bothered to speak with me in a professional manner and blamed me for not understanding the details that go into jewelry making.
