Then the third call, a lady answered and said she was in the bathroom for 15 minutes, while I stood outside? POOR customer service! No employees in the store! No repair worker on duty! Poor customer service!! The store looks bankrupt! Save your money- find a better jeweler. .

When I was unsatisfied with the outcome the owner again couldn't be bothered to speak with me in a professional manner and blamed me for not understanding the details that go into jewelry making. Isn't that what she's supposed to do? Make her customers understand and/or dare I say satisfied? Her staff apologized to me under their breath in fear of retribution.

When we went back again within a few weeks; again, he greeted us and remembered our names. That says a lot about great Customer Service !!! He doesn't try to sell you anything, you know what you are looking for ... he is there if you see something you like, he is not pushy at all. Just a great guy, Really! About the store... location is right off a main road ... plenty room to park.. all items are clearly marked with the price so you don't have to guess how much ... and looks like prices are pretty much reasonable too. If you need something special and he does not have it in shop just ask, he may be able to get it for you within a week . Then they charged me significantly less than most jewelers, around $10 whereas most jewelers will charge $15-20 for an adjustment. Highly recommend this well run local business if you need anything done.
