Upon his visit to our residence to inspect the roof, Jim spent about an hour on the different roofing levels before he came back down, to summarize and show us what he saw, from the photos he took with his ipad. He was very thorough, showed us the worn areas, then presented a couple of his suggestions for roofing materials. He also gave us a quote on the spot which ended up being the final price.
