Came here and they ended up damaging my radio bezel in the process of replacing the windshield it had gouges and multiple cracks. Gave me some money back for the part but ended up being only half of what the part actually cost. Tried to say they don't even go inside the car so on and so forth to avoid taking blame until I brought up the fact we have photos before of it in lerfect condition before dropping it off. Terrible work and wish I never used this place. Make sure you take photos and videos before any establishment starts the work to have proof things weren't damaged before leaving in their hands . They also scratched the glass which I can't get a good picture of. Stay away from this place if you don't want to have to worry about your car being damaged. read more

Took my truck for a new front window. It sounded like my windows were down because there was so much wind coming in due to it not being sealed correctly. I took it back 2 days later and they tried to say they didn't do it. After showing them the charge on my credit card they got an attitude and slapped some sealer on it which stopped the noise but as soon as the rain came it had 3 leaks causing severe damage to my stereo. Do not take your vehicle here, the workmanship is horrible, the guys doing the repairs have bad attitudes, do awful work and if you take it back they pretend they didn't do it. You get what you paid for customer service is ok but the end result was shoddy at best the windshield is crooked one side is higher up then the other which you can tell and my car had no damaged prior to him ripping off the windshield with his tools as you can see the images below I take great car of my car and for him to damage it like that is not okay. Do not do business hear if you to keep interior not strached up and damaged hopefully he does the right thing and pays for his damages. The image where the scratch happened was when he started to scrape off the black sealer from my vehicle with a Chicago electric sawzall with a steel spatula attachment I should of gone with safellite sure it's more expensive but they weren't gonna damage my cars in te riot and exterior. read more

Disgusting car service! We ordered the windshield in advance. We arrived, put the car on service. An hour later, we were told that they had ordered another glass. Let's go buy a new one. Sazali in 30 minutes everything will be ready. An hour later, we came to the car. They didn't even start working. They were busy with other cars. The glass was next to it. I have used this place twice recently. They're fairly reasonable and provide good service. I think the installer may have forgotten to tighten the set screw on my rear view mirror however. I did it myself when the mirror came off when I was messing with a windshield sun screen. read more

He said "it was an older car so it was probably already there" ... then he said his Job is done and tried to walk back into the shop. Don't go to this shop. Discounted auto glass repair and replacement shop. Owner worked quickly and carefully to replace the windshield on my wife's SUV. He estimated taking an hour and completed the work in just about the time estimated. He was able to get the glass the same day (I let him know in the morning and took the car in at lunch). The one downside is that he is cash only. He was able to answer all of my questions and provided quality service. The replacement windshield is an exact match to the five year old windshield it replaced. To the untrained eye, you wouldn't know it was a replacement. Really friendly owner. $100 bucks for window and install. The only thing was his English was not so great so he couldn't communicate that the window he installed was used. My explorer is a '01 so it doesn't matter much to me but still you should be sure to ask if its a used or new window he is installing. Loved the price. Most places quoted me at 230 and up read more

This owner is very shady,I went to get my windshield replace and was quoted $185.00 and when I went to get my car he wasn't in and had left my car keys with his neighbor with an invoice for $ 200.00 and refused to give me the key until I paid that amount.. I read previous reviews and thought I would take a chance. As described by other reviewers, the shop is nothing to write about. I came in early in the morning and talked to a young man who spoke little English. After trying to communicate with him, he went to the adjacent business and got another guy who spoke perfect English and Spanish. I showed both of them that I needed my front windshield replaced. I have a 2007 Toyota Tacoma and the young man told me that they needed to place an order and that the new windshield would arrive by 11:30 AM. At the time it was 8:45 AM. That was find as I had to have some work done at Quality Toyota just done the street. I was asked for a deposit. He asked for $10 but I gave him $20 instead. The price to replace my windshield was $130, of which I owed him $110 upon completion. Well, I came back at 12:00 PM and there was no one else being worked on. The owner had come in by then and his name is Otto. Otto is his nick name as his real name is a lot harder to pronounce. He is a little older guy but both the owner and his assistant were very, very nice. They had me drive my truck into the bay area. They immediately began to strip the rubber around the edge of the windshield. The used a variety of cutting tools. They each worked on both sides of the windshield. After about 15 minutes, they had stripped the windshield off of it's rubber which was holding the windshield in. They continued to clean any residual glue, dirt and rubber. They took took my new windshield and did some preliminary cleaning and preparation of it before installing it into my truck. Before adding my new windshield, they laid a thick band of clue around the entire area of my truck windshield edge. They raised my new windshield and carefully set it into the truck. They carefully made sure that the clue and the windshield were perfectly adhered around the whole windshield. There were some other thing that they did during the installation process like using my previous rubber ring that was on my old windshield. My old rubber ring looked in decent condition. So, they used it for my new windshield. Over all my new windshield looks great., They were fast and gave me the impression that they knew exactly what they were doing. Otto told me to wait 24 hours before washing the windshield. I would recommend anyone who is looking for their windshield to be replaced to give Otto a call, or better yet, go by and see him in person. Otto does speak some English but his partner does not. I admit that I was apprehensive in the very beginning but not any more. Go see Otto to get your windshield replaced. I give Otto 5 Stars. read more

I stopped by to get the window on my truck repaired (window regulator was broken so window kept falling down) Owner charged me $130 to "fix". After 1 week the window fell. I called the owner and he asked that I bring my truck back in. He "fixes" it again. Another week goes by and my window falls again. I call the owner to request that he fix my window once and for all or refund my money. He gives me an attitude and says, in his very choppy english that I must have broken the window myself but to bring it in again. He "fixes" it again but installs the regulator backwards. I call him to tell him what he did wrong and ask him to fix it already or refund my money, I am tired of going back. He tells me that he warantys labor only and not the actual part. The last conversation I had with him he told me he would need to charge me all over again and would not refund my money. Yeah right, like I would go back. What a waste. read more

Amazing service by an amazing worker! My sister had an accident and broke her windshield glass on Friday, July 4th. I had called every repair shop around and everyone was closed. The one that answered told me I would have to leave it on the street till Monday. (Might as well place a "steal me" sign outside the car). It was very frustrating. This shop showed up on my google search, so I decided to call. The owner answered and even though he was closed he came to the shop to open, so that we could leave the car inside! He got there shortly after we did and took the car inside and locked it up. He quoted me $120. Every other place was at least $250! He had the car ready Sat. morning, due to the holiday. Even though I wasn't able to pick it up because of work, he kept it until Sunday afternoon, without charging me extra. The car looks as good as new, and he had vacuumed all the glass as well. He was very humble and genuine. I would recommend him to everyone! read more
