The front desk guy was literally looking at my order online but refusing to acknowledge it. He wanted to know the name of my doctor, of which I had no clue as I never saw a doctor. Insisting on collecting my insurance information even after I was told my insurance was not involved. He had all my information, was looking online at my appointment but being as rude as he could. Kept asking me more and more questions to why I didn't know who the doctor was. Then, the receptionist is the same person who draws my blood, that makes me very scared as he seems pissed off at me.
