Somehow between the at home blood draw for my 9month old baby where I witness 4 vials be drawn, to two weeks later when I called quest for an update on the results, they assured me that only 2 vials were received. I contacted Chris immediately to inquire about this only to be left on "read" in addition to ignorming my multiple requests for an itemized bill to submit to my insurance. I will be filing a complaint to the state health department and will discourage anyone from using him in the future, until this is resolved. So before Chris came to the house, I had major anxiety about the blood draw on my 3.5 year old son, since his experience at CHOC hadn't been the best. He was so fast and sweet with my little boy. My nephew has epilepsy and needs weekly lab draws to check his anti epilepsy medication levels. At first, Chris was great. Fast forward to the third lab draw he is incredibly inconsistent, doesn't return calls and the 4 th week it looks like he may not have even dropped it off, or perhaps it was the labs fault. We're not sure. We'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt but seeing that this isn't an uncommon thing with him based on other reviews, we're going to be completely honest. This is INCREDIBLY unprofessional; we rely on those medication levels to titrate his epilepsy medication. Our nephew had a seizure after not receiving his lab results, come to find out a week later his levels were low. When a child's well being is at stake and he doesn't have the decency to return calls, texts, or messages; I find that more than unprofessional it's just NOT safe! read more

Christopher paid a visit to our home to draw blood from our 3 month old. Unfortunately the lab (Quest) lost our sample which was very frustrating. Chris refunded us for the trouble and made a second visit to our home to draw our son again. He took photos of the whole drop-off process, tracking, etc. at the lab. He checked back with us the very next day via text (on a SUNDAY! so cool of him to do that) and let us know he looked up the status of our lab and confirmed the analysis was complete and results have been sent to our pediatrician. We were introduced to Chris through my son autism doctor , and he was awesome and very patient with my son during all the blood tests. So far we have about 3 blood draw and he was patient and awesome . My biggest concern was the last blood draw he did for my son back on December 2015, where he actually stayed about 4 hours to persuade my son to let him to do the blood draw . He finally able get the blood and promised that he will drop the blood to the lab. Fast forward , now is mid February 2016, I can't find the blood test result. The doctor office said they have not receive the test from Quest. I sent text to Chris asking where is the blood go and he informed me that he drop the blood at Quest. After that he stopped replying to all my texts and my voicemail . I can't even get him to tell me which quest he drop the blood to!!! I have been on bedrest for 18 weeks due to a high risk pregnancy and have needed several blood draws done. Christopher has been a life saver for me.
