LOOK NO FURTHER!! I want to start by saying I have owned many cars from luxury to antiques and I have been to many detail shops around the Parsippany area. I actually found Marco on Yelp and was impressed from the moment I spoke to him the first time on the phone. He is polite respectful and is the BEST darn detailer I have ever met. I called him about my 2009 Camry Hybrid with only 10k miles on it and sits in my garage. I thought it was in showroom condition until Marco detailed the car. He explains everything he will do in great detail. He cleaned 1/2 of the leather drivers seat to show me how dirty it was, "WOW", I couldn't believe how dirty it was even with hardly any use and garage kept.......... But wait there's more....the car had a few scratches in the clear coat and the body shop said the clear coat would have to be resprayed in that area ,Marco said, "NO I Will Take Care OF Them"!.....He Did. I can't thank O.C. Detailing enough for the work that was done on my vehicle. Having a white car is difficult to maintain in itself and not to mention keeping the leather interior consistently up to par. However, I now have a white car that looks like it just came off the assembly line with an interior that is so clean I don't even want to wear my shoes while driving! Personally, I requested the Full Detail & Reload w/ Leather Guard option. With this option, I had areas on the inside and outside of my car that I never thought could be corrected restored to new. The customer service was first class! I was extremely appreciative of the respect that O.C. Detailing had towards me and my car. Marco recently detailed our 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. We picked it up brand new and immediately drove it from NJ to South Carolina putting over 1500 miles on it. We came back covered in bugs, dirt, and other funk. Unfortunately, our brand new car didn't look very brand new anymore. Marco came the following week and spent HOURS doing a very thorough clean-up/detail. If you put this car in the sun, it looks like black paint was just put on the car. It looks perfect, and I never felt a car's paint so soft. I was amazed when I saw the final product. He certainly takes pride in his work and has a passion for what he does. From start to finish, Marco was extremely professional and accommodating. I don't have a driveway for him to work in so he quickly found a solution. This was my first time having my car washed and detailed by someone else other than me. I have to say, Marco lives up to his name of "OCDetailing" because his attention to detail is unexplainable. He came to my house right on time as discussed and went to work. If yelp had 10 stars I would've given it a 10, but they only have 5 lol so... I had an amazing experience with Marco even before the wash (getting a quote). Attention to details is truly his specialty and he offers high-end work for a very reasonable price. I'm already planning a date for the paint correction! He is a very cool and nice guy. My experience with OC Detailing was amazing from the get-go! After requesting information and a quote online, I was contacted within hours, a price was set based on the condition of my car, and an appointment was made for a few days later. David arrived exactly on time, explained the process and the time needed, and got to work in my driveway. 8 hours later, my 2013 Acura MDX looked and smelled brand new.
