Looked around for a mobile car wash who would both do a deep clean (had some cat urine to get out, and 11 years interior / a cross country drive's worth of dirt in all the various crevices an autowash won't get) and operate on a non expensive car (so many of these services only want to wash high end cars; mine is just a Mazda 2). Steve is able & willing to do both and was a great communicator on top of that. Setting up the appointment was easy, he arrived on time, explained as he went, and payment was simple too. The result was exactly what we hoped for - the urine smell is gone, and the car looks like new inside and out. I could not be more impressed with Steve. He responded immediately to my inquiry and we spoke about his service. He provided me with an estimate and some scenarios if additional work was needed. I was able to schedule right away. He came to my home and was very friendly and talked me through what he was going to do. He spent several hours and the result was a beautiful almost new looking car. My car is not fancy, it is a 2005, but I wanted all of the scratches and tree sap to be cleaned up so that it looked more presentable.
