We started with massages (individual 1-hour), moved on to the salt therapy room, infrared sauna- with color changing for chromotherapy, float session, and foot/heel massage! It's the off season so there's plenty of parking on the street outside the hotel. We did the sauna first - it was so cute and there was just enough space for two! They had robes to wear before the sauna then little button up towels to put on while in the sauna. We stayed in for 22 minutes; temp got to 130. Then we had phenomenal 80 minute massages from Carolyn and Alyce - each did a phenomenal job! We had some specific therapeutic and relaxation needs. They individualized and left us so relaxed! After the massages we enjoyed the fruit infused water, cheese/crackers, and little dove chocolates! The spa had relaxing music that could be heard in the sauna, changing room, relaxation area, and massage rooms. It also smelled so nice - and the bathroom had a lovely fragrance as well and yummy smelling hand soap and lotion. Will definitely be back - maybe tomorrow!
