I booked a couple's massage for my boyfriend and me for Valentine's Day. The customer service here…read moreis non-existent. When we arrived at the time of the appointment, only one lady was there. She called someone on the phone and asked her to come over. It took her 15 minutes to get there, so my boyfriend's massage started 15 minutes after mine and didn't last as long. Both therapists kept taking breaks during the massage, answered their phones, talked to other customers, and opened the curtain to go in and out of the room where we were. There was a loud party next door that we could hear through the thin wall. The massage itself was good, especially when they used hot stones. However, I regret asking for "strong" massage rather than "medium" because those ladies are strong! Three days later, I am still sore and bruised. Their price list states that the couple's massage costs $160. When I chose "hot stone" from that list, the lady said that it was going to cost $180 because of the stones. I said OK to that. After the massage, the same lady said that I owe her $320. I showed her the price list, but she said that those prices were per person per hour, and we got two people for 90 minutes. (By that logic, shouldn't it cost $540 total?) I was disappointed about the after-the-fact price increase, but told them fine, they can keep $320. They both continued staring at me and said, "tip!" Fine, I gave them another $20. They still stared at me and said, "tip for the second person!" I finally realized that this extortion will never end.
