My family had attended Old Ranch's Cowboy Campout, and the kids loved the OC Laser Tag event the most. The laser tag area was run so well considering the amount of kids attending the Cowboy Campout event. All the kids talked about how much fun they had at laser tag considering all the games and rides available to them. My son begged for me to use them for his 11th birthday. And I am so glad I did. They were so quick to get back to me via email and phone calls even though the party was two weeks away. The birthday party was on a Friday, as my son's school had a half day. The ladies were able to accommodate me on a Friday at noon in short notice!! These ladies are amazing!! I originally had a RSVP group of about 20 boys for my son's birthday party and a few extra siblings. But once everyone knew it was going to be a laser tag event, we had 32 kids!! The ladies were so accommodating and were able manage the extra kids. The boys had so much fun!! The party was mostly 5th grade boys and the ladies were able to keep them focused on the game and under control!!! Please take their advice, they have so much experience and were great!! My company had a holiday event party where we hired OC Fun Events to come set up Laser Tag on a park near our office (~40 of us ages 25 - 45) and every person cannot stop talking about how much fun they had. OC Fun Events was SO easy to work with, and so kind throughout the whole process. It was honestly so easy to coordinate the event, one or two phone calls prior and then the day of they come and set everything up and teach everyone how to play. Zero stress on the party planner. I even realized the day before I had told them the wrong time and called to ask if they could move it up and they were so accommodating and understanding. First, they try to charge you sales tax--which is not right because you are paying for a service. I emailed them about it and they took it off. Party was supposed to be from 3-5. First game didn't start until 3:20. As soon as it was 5-to the second-they shut the game down. There was no music or face paint as promised in the package. That being said, the main owner (I think) was very nice. It's a great business idea. The kids had a blast. But as a parent feel like I was gypped on what I paid for. Update--the owner contacted me and apologized for the play time that was cut short and the other missing aspects of the package. They refunded me part of the price to compensate. read more

They didn't return our calls to confirm details and text messages before the day of the party. However on the day of party, they did keep contact after 10:30 am. We had OC Laser Tag for my son's 6th birthday. The ages ranged from 3-11, but mostly 3-6 year olds. All the kids had so much fun the entire time! I got the silver package which was 2 hours of game time. It was a hot summer day so I was worried the kids wouldn't last for the full 2 hours. They did! The music was from Mission Impossible and James Bond that really added to the experience. The smoke bomb was a cool addition as well. I requested guns for smaller children and the 3 year olds had no problem holding or operating them. They were very responsive and great to work with as well! I hired OC Laser Tag for my kid's birthday party. Overall, it was a very good experience! They were friendly and communicative from beginning to end. There was no problems! I was just slightly disappointed when they did not use music and face paint as promised, and that a few kids had to wait their turn to play. When they said up to 21 kids can play, it was not clear to me that some kids had to wait their turn. It does make them feel left out somewhat and I wish it wasn't this way. Some parents wanted to play, but because of this taking turn thing, they didn't want to make kids wait longer by playing... I wish this detail was made clear to me from the beginning.
