Theres a greeter there that has supposedly been injured 4 years ago,( literally getting paid to talk) and sit with everyone! Where is HR when you need them . Orange tags item are 50% off today (Thursday) May 22nd, 2025. I was in the store before 5pm, I cannot find a single orange-tag item in the men section. When I asked for help, the staff said all the orange-tag items were rolled into the back. Then I asked for the manager to help, she told me that tomorrow will be changed to another color, and the store is preparing for it. I said to her that there are 3 more hours before closing, and the orange-tag items are being taking away, which is false advertisement. This is not an honest store. I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this Goodwill location. I found a few items I was ready to purchase, but two different employees gave me completely different prices. One even tried to upcharge me compared to what the first employee said. It felt disorganized and unfair--like they were just making up prices on the spot. To make matters worse, none of the items had price tags, and there were no clear signs posted. When I asked for clarification, the manager, Judith, got involved--but not in a helpful way. She kept interrupting the conversation I was having with the cashier, and when I asked why she was jumping in like that, the cashier said, "That's her job." I've never heard of "interrupting customers" being part of a manager's duties. Judith kept insisting one of the items was "rare," which she used as an excuse to justify the higher price. But the items weren't even marked or priced individually--so how would she know? And if they were really rare or special, why were they already out on the sale floor with everything else? Her explanation didn't make any sense, and it felt like an excuse to charge more. The overall attitude from the staff was unpleasant. They were clearly not trained well in customer service or pricing procedures, and Judith in particular was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Because of the confusion, lack of transparency, and obvious attempt to overcharge me, I left the majority of items i found. read more

I just witness one of your employees who was speaking to an older gentleman looking for work. He worked at Salvation Army store that was closed. You can tell he was an older humble man needing a job. Your employee I believe her name was Sandra who treated him with so much kindness, respect and with dignity that my self and other customers noticed. It was so impressive to see an employee giving him hope and showing g compassion to another human being. I even told her how I was so impressed with her actions. Kudos to Sandra and her superiors who hired her! Her actions make me love your store even more! read more

This is one of the worst goodwill boutiques I've ever been to. SHEIN tops selling for more than they're listed new online, tons of 2012 Forever21 items selling for only 20% cheaper than they were new, unbranded items listed at branded prices. Dresses sell minimum $14.99 and tops aren't much better - anything "upscale" is exponentially more Went back to the home selection and it was terrible. Zero pairs of any dishes, half used candles for $5... I was shocked. Never coming back couldn't believe it. Only pro thing - found a cute pair of kitten heels and a really old anthropology jacket for $20... but because of the price I didn't pick up. read more

The drop off for items is really easy and streamlined. There is a quiet street at the back, the attendants are always super friendly and nice, they accept all your donations except mattresses and are quick to get you tax receipts. I haven't shopped here but am impressed with their service and staff. read more

This is one of my favorite thrift/Goodwill stores in the area. It is always well organized, clean, and everything is displayed in a really cute way. They get some great products! I stopped in earlier this evening and found some beautiful cocktail glasses (made in Italy) and a few other home goods. I was assisted by Sandra and Wendy, and they were both super helpful and friendly and made sure my glasses were well protected. Definitely recommend this Goodwill boutique! read more

Giving this place three stars because they had pretty good stuff and okay prices. It was pretty small. The service was the worst I've ever gotten at goodwill. There is a curly haired girl that seems to be the manager that had the worst attitude I've probably ever come across. It was short and curly with colored tips. She just had horrible energy to her and was quite pretentious. read more

I frequently stop by Goodwill. I find that they are generally way over priced. housewares are priced by sometime who never went into a Home Goods store. the clothes at Laura's house are better priced. I'm happy they help the handicapped but I do think they're poorly managed to. read more

They have some pretty cool stuff here! I am glad that Goodwill opened a boutique so now I don't have to sift through all the random stuff at other goodwills to find good stuff. Remember, what comes with the word boutique also comes higher price. Yes their items are prices higher than they would be at a regular Goodwill location. I got a faux fur coat here for $30, so I'm happy with that. Each week they have a different color price tag that is on discount for the week. I did have an issue here regarding this, I had asked an employee why the signs did not change colors from last week and got a very rude huffy response that "they aren't like other stores & have only been here a few weeks" which made me LOL because the previous week the cashier ringing me up just so happened to be the manager and she was the one who told me that these colors change every week. Anyways I will be back because there are some good finds here! They change their discount colors on Monday, so that is the hot day to go. read more

Went to this location for the first time yesterday May 23, 2023, around 2 PM. Store was beautiful really clean and the customer service was excellent Maria, Michelle and Wendy were the girls working . All 3 seemed happy had a smile and were eager to be of service to all shoppers . It's really a delight to go into a store where people treat you with respect and are nice to you. I just had an all-around wonderful experience at this store with the help from these three girls. I'm definitely going to recommend this store to all my friends and I will be coming back soon . this store. Is The best Goodwill I've gone into in a long time of course besides my usual #1 favorite Corona store that I love the most of all off Lincoln and 6th st. After driving all over the place from Salvation Army to Salvation Army location trying to drop off a small dresser, I called this location and asked if they would be able to accept my dresser. The lady on the phone stated that they could and gave me the hours to make sure I could be there. I told her I was on my way and thanked her because I was driving all over. I pulled up to the donation door and was instantly greeted by a young lady who told me that they do not accept furniture. I told her that I had just called like 15min ago and was told that they would take my dresser. She stated she needed to ask her manager. When her manager came out I said that I had called and was told they would take it and also let her see the small size that it was. She said that this once she would make room! I thanked her and the young lady helped me unload it and commented that it was cute and a nice color, too! I told her that I had refurbished it myself. I was thankful they accepted my dresser after they said they would take it on the phone. read more

Overall...great experience here. However..buyer beware. I purchased some adorable joggers with a Size Small tag. Once I got home, I realized the pants are not a Small after all...but a XXS! Took the pants back the next day (with the receipt and tags) and explained I don't want my money back..only an exchange for the correct sized pants. The manager proceeded to tell me she has a strict exchange policy and she will allow it this time as a courtesy...AND I can only exchange it for another pair of like pants that are of equal price because, the manager told me, it's "unfair to other customers". Come on..really?? If this strict policy exists, then you need to make triple sure that your clothing is tagged correctly to avoid your customers wanting an exchange for the store's error. I'm not expecting customer service the likes of Nordstrom or Amazon...but this was very unexpected and frankly disappointing. read more

Would not recommend. Outrageously overpriced. They clearly do not check out the products they're putting out because I have found moldy cutting board, and a whale that when I touched it water squirted all over me, and and I have found closed so beyond repair that they should be trashed. I found exactly what I needed. Jean jacket. $17 bucks (pricy? Yes, for a thrift store) BUT I've been looking at normal stores and they are 80 + bucks. (Nordstrom Rack - not even the normal Nordstrom) I also found some cute white shorts. Some name brands. Everything is so organized (bravo). Employees are ehhh but I rather find nice stuff than the service. Don't get hung up on service .... just find your stuff try it on and leave. It's fun going to thrift stores. Yay! read more

I'm glad this store is taking every precaution and not allowing people inside the store without a mask on. Regardless of whether or not they have their reasons for not wearing one, it still imposes risk to consumers if in fact they are Covid positive as the virus is airborne. Regardless of being 6 feet away, if in the same building it is always a risk if there is someone positive inside. I'm pregnant and protecting my child is my top priority, and I'm glad this store is protecting me and others. read more

We purchased a accent table for our summer art show for a great price at this store. There was new furniture all the time. Not great furniture but good. We found this piece and figured it would be perfect for the show. We put it in the show, put a few decorations on top along with some prints and cards and it was great. When the show was over we decided to donate it back and they wouldn't take it. They said it wasn't up to their quality and the manager said "I don't even know if I recognize it" as if we were lying that we bought it there. So obviously the sold us a piece that wasn't up to their standards and that was okay but not good enough to take back. We do the show every year and next year we'll go somewhere else and we will tell other people to go somewhere else just like this year we told people to go here. read more

Although the store was nice and clean employees were friendly the prices were extremely high for a local Goodwill. Average men's shirt is anywhere between $10 to $25 and women's clothing a bit higher. Halloween outfits for a simple skirt was $24.00. Overall prices start at $10 for almost all clothing and shoes start at around $14. I ended up going to Marshall since i knew i could get new items for the same price. Overall, this Goodwill was not a good place for a fun place to look for a reasonable find. read more

Throw in some road H on the drive down to San Diego and you got yourself a deal". And, brah, she came thru! Anyway, we was jokin' on the drive over that they so much money up in the OC that people prolly toss out Hermes bags or some Red Bottoms. And wunt you know, we was in this spot like 2 mins and my gurl find two puuurs of zapatos from some brands yo boy ain't never heard of before. Brand new with tags saying they like $250 each from Nordstrom but at the Goodwill they was like 8 bucks each! Hells yeah! Peep this, we thought we was only joking about the Hermes and while it wasn't quite that much of a come-up, my girl, and I'm suuurus huuur, spotted this fresh, pink Goyard tote. I ain't never heard of this brand till like a year ago so it ain't as widespread as LV or even Balenciaga and the leather look thin so I'm guessin some dude named Noah or Spencer caught his real OC housewife getting some extra special lessons from her tennis or polo couch and he's like, "Bunny, you know that we agreed in couples therapy that sleeping with anyone except our pool boy, Raul, was outside of our boundaries. Pursuant to paragraph 3, section IIa, I am entitled to repossess three of your handbags. But since I also slept with your tennis coach, I will only remove one". Then Noah-Spencer, looking for dat tax brake, dropped the Goyard off at the goodwill and I bet dem homeless foos at the sorting center ain't even know what it was.
