Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. With this guy, his attention to detail and quality of workmanship are top notch. He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. After nearly a week with no answers, I had to return and insist on getting my computer back because they still had not completed the diagnostic. Despite keeping my laptop for almost seven days, they provided no diagnostic whatsoever and refused to refund the $90 diagnostic fee. I essentially paid $90 for them to hold onto my computer without performing the service I paid for. To make matters worse, when my MacBook was finally returned, I discovered a large dent on the back that was not there when I dropped it off. The communication was poor, the customer service was unacceptable, and I left feeling completely taken advantage of. I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the appropriate Orange County consumer protection agencies regarding my experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to think carefully before leaving their computer here. My experience was that they kept my laptop for nearly a week, failed to provide the diagnostic I paid for, refused to refund my money, and returned my computer in worse physical condition than when I dropped it off.
