TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The WORST This is my 2nd time I've used his service (JORGE) and I should've learned the first time. A year ago I used his TV mounting service. He came almost 3 hours late to the scheduled appointment and he blamed it on the traffic which I can understand. But the issue was that he never gave me a heads up at all. No communication at all on his end and I was left wondering. I had to call him to find out why he was running late. He comes and does the TV mounting and used one of his buddies to assist him. I still gave them EACH a $40 tip in cash so a total of $80 tip because I appreciated them getting my TVs set up. But I had to cancel my plans for the evening because when it was all said and done they didn't leave my house until almost 8 pm. Fast forward a year later, and I used his Christmas lights service, where he came and set up the lights in front of my house. The day he was supposed to come he came late and I didn't even mention anything because I just wanted to get it done. Once he finished I paid him for setup and the takedown of the lights. When I was about to Venmo him he told me it was $180 for setup/takedown and that he would come back after the holidays and would take them down for me. I even threw in a $20 tip so I paid him a total of $200. Fast forward to this past week - I reached out to him by phone - INITIALLY super responsive he will would look at his calendar and get back to me. He ultimately texted right away that he would show up same day 2-4pm (WEDNESDAY) and that I could venmo or zello him. I replied back that I already paid him upfront in December for setup and takedown. "He then replies no worries on that part" So ultimately he didn't check to see if I already paid upfront on his end and he was going to charge me again if I didn't remember I would've paid him twice. So its already again starting to become bad business. I had work plans for the day but I changed it so I would be present. He texts me later and asks if I mind if he comes by tomorrow (FRIDAY) the same time. He said he would already be in the area and it would work out a little better and I replied sure. The next day rolled around and he was a complete "NO SHOW". I gave him until the end of the day and he still didn't reach out. I texted him the next morning (SATURDAY) and said "I thought you were coming yesterday?" He didn't even reply. I called him 5 hours later 3 times in a row. He texts back that he can't talk on the phone at the moment and didn't move my appt over. He apologized and said he could come by Monday. Guess what happens...Monday NO SHOW the entire day. No follow-up. No apology no anything. It is now TUESDAY morning and I still have no call or text from him. I'm not even a guy who writes reviews and if I do they are usually all positive. But I'm so sick of this guy - Initially, he was going to come out the same day and he was so available but once he found out that I wasn't paying him because I already paid upfront I was treated not a priority and I got this terrible service. He's not even a bad guy in person - he's actually a nice guy but using his services is the worst experience. He's routinely late and doesn't check his invoices to see if the customer already paid upfront so tries to double charge you, he doesn't call you in advance if he can't make it or runs late, and he is notorious for no-shows and you can't even get a hold of him after the fact. He just takes your money and is unresponsive. I've basically paid him upfront which was a mistake on my end and I am personally going to have to take down the lights myself now but I've already paid him for the service and I gave him TIP BOTH Times. I feel like an idiot for doing that. And then I was looking at his negative reviews here on YELP and I urge everyone that is considering doing business with him to READ THOSE FIRST. He's (JORGE) done this to other people and has blamed it on his phone and service, and being busy and other things and hasn't really taken responsibility. You can only blame your phone so much - You have a business and clients would like to use your services. Customers deserve better. It's not even about the money or anything else but the principle of feeling like you paid for what you BOTH agreed to have gotten done. I paid - The service was not completed and you can't even reach him. That's robbery and a crime. Please stay away from this guy, there are so many other businesses that offer the same type of work but with INTEGRITY and HONESTY. So dissatisfied. read more

I typically don't write reviews but, I recently need a special mounting project - to mount an open case 105lbs PC with VESA mount to my wall to give my office space more room and open up desk space. To that end I called George to request the soonest available appointment. Lucky for me I called on Friday and he had an opening for Monday. In preparation I prepped the office space and mounted the VESA bars onto my pc (same ones that go onto a TV) and I was set to go. Monday arrived but due to a conflict we had to rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday while there was a couple hours of delay for George to come out he kept in constant communication via text messages throughout the day informing me of his impending arrival. Once George arrived he came prepared to work, had his mask and tools. I explained to him where I wanted the mount to be and where I wanted the PC to lay in respect to the wall. George did some initial measurements and we discussed my wall mount off-set capabilities in comparison to the studs and where the PC would end up. With agreement George worked around me while I still worked in some emails and messages for work. Once George completed the wall mount, George tested it out by showing me that it could hold his weight without issue. George then assisted me in lifting this beast of a PC onto the mount which in retrospect was just at the limit of our height. Nonetheless since I wanted to get everything just right, I assisted George with holding the PC into place as he locked everything in, continuously checking with a spirit level to ensure the PC was level. We did these small adjustments to my satisfaction. We then also tested movement left / right along with back and forth with no issue (while my mount can tilt didn't need that so we left it locked and level). In the end it was great installation and I wanted to write this review that if you need a PC or TV mounted George and JR Mounting are great. It's even worth it if you have to help and put in a little elbow grease to make sure its correct. In the end I think the pictures say it all. Thanks George!
