They referenced an "agreement" that was never provided, couldn't produce it when asked, and then stopped responding entirely and blocked communication. The lights were eventually removed weeks later with no notice. If you're considering this company, be aware: once there's an issue, they stop communicating and switch to pressure tactics instead of service. Would not recommend.

I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. If you want professional service and a fair price be sure to call Sebastain! He also stands behind his work. His Dad spent more than 30 years working on Cal-Trans projects, and he knows and applies their specifications, for a quality job. My system had several breaks, which were wasting water BIG TIME! The first visit cost $1,133 and covered the initial setup and repairs to both my front and back yard sprinkler systems. They did a good job and I was happy with the results. I brought them back a second time for $1,716 to handle wiring, fix some broken sprinkler components in the front yard, and extend the system to cover additional areas. The wiring of both the front and back systems was done perfectly, and I appreciated that part of the work. That said, if you have fruit trees or citrus in your yard, be aware that they do not have the expertise to handle specialized watering needs for those plants. The sprinklers near my fruit trees were set up incorrectly, and a professional arborist I later consulted told me the configuration would overwater the trees. I called OC Sprinkler Doctor to come back and fix the issue, but they never returned my call. Now I am in a position where I will need to hire a professional arborist who also can do landscaping to come back and fix the sprinkler system again, likely at a cost of $3,000 or more, when I am able to afford it. They are reasonably priced and capable of handling standard sprinkler lawn work, but the lack of specialized knowledge around vegetables, fruit trees and citrus trees, combined with the complete silence when I tried to get the issue resolved, may end up costing me far more in the end.

When something seems too good to be true, it usually is. I found Jorge through Yelp leads for TV mounting services. When I reached out to book, he responded promptly, and we confirmed the appointment over the phone. I sent him my address via text for final confirmation, and though I wanted my TV mounted quickly, his first available slot was on Tuesday, a few days away. Despite the wait, I remained optimistic as he appeared promising and confident. A day before the scheduled appointment, I messaged Jorge several times but received no response. Concerned, I tried calling both the number I had texted with and the one listed on Yelp. Eventually, he answered the Yelp number and explained that there was an issue with his phone, but assured me that he had received my messages and confirmed the appointment for 8 AM the following day. However, when the next morning arrived, Jorge was a complete NO SHOW. There was NO TEXT, NO CALL, NOTHING! I was livid. Disappointingly, he didn't reach out or apologize for missing the appointment even till this day, which is Wednesday. Interestingly (and sadly not surprising), I found that he had received a few reviews on Yelp from other customers who had experienced the same no-show situation. It seemed like this was a pattern for him whenever it suited his convenience. While I understand that unexpected things can happen, I believe it's essential for a service provider to inform their customers if they can't make it instead of leaving them waiting for hours. Apologizing and showing basic courtesy is not too much to expect. In the end, I am grateful that I didn't proceed with his service because it is evident that his lack of respect for others' time would likely result in a subpar job, and my 85-inch TV might have torn down my walls. read more

Hello future Customer George here with JR Mounting so due to Yelp algorithms it takes off completely legitimate reviews my business currently has 29 5 star reviews and it is only displaying 25. I have gotten in contact with Yelp about this issue but they have not been able to help say it's all in their software and out of their control. This is something that's been an issue for not only my business but many others.
