I already had a tv mounted above the fireplace. But I got tired of watching tv at the higher angle and decided to get a new mount that allows you to lower the tv down to a more appropriate viewing height. Instead of spending an entire day trying to install the new mount myself, I decided to hire a professional who could install it faster and better than me, at a reasonable price. I chose TopLevel because they were significantly cheaper than some of the other quotes I got for mounting 3 TVs. I'm really happy with the work that Yonathan did. We had some snags but Yonathan was very communicative about what was going on and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. I would give him 5 stars but there were a few minor issues: -he didn't bring all his tools to my apartment so he kept having to go back to his vehicle for tools. This significantly slowed the job down because I live in a mid-rise -he accidentally cut a wire inside my wall why drilling a hole. There wasn't any damage to the wire itself, just the casing. It was a lil scary but he taped it up. -he didn't use cable ties. I have swiveling TV mounts and when I moved the tv, the hidden cords on two of my TVs came out. An easy fix for me, but since I paid extra for wire hiding, this seems like a standard thing. -he left his trash behind. I didn't expect him to throw out my TV boxes, he isn't a big box store. However, I would've liked for him to throw out the boxes for his supplies. All that being said, I'd STILL highly recommend this business. It's was far and away the most affordable of the businesses on yelp. I ended up giving Yonathan a 45% tip and it was still cheaper than some other places. Suggestion for the owner: I think bringing a cordless vacuum would make the customers happy. There was a lot of drywall dust for me to clean up.
