I already had a tv mounted above the fireplace. But I got tired of watching tv at the higher angle and decided to get a new mount that allows you to lower the tv down to a more appropriate viewing height. Instead of spending an entire day trying to install the new mount myself, I decided to hire a professional who could install it faster and better than me, at a reasonable price. TopLevel fit the bill with the good ratings and very fair price quote. Some other quotes I gathered were much higher and also included a $35 fee just to take down the tv and old mount. I guess they were only interested in more complex jobs. Anyways, Yonathan came and completed the work in under an hour. He only needed a quick assist from me to take the tv down and put it back up on the new mount. He even patched the holes in the wall from the old mount. Now I can watch it movies without getting serious neck cramps from looking up.

He even customized the in the wall box to accommodate not only the TV box, but my Apple TV as well. He is so knowledgeable and also so nice. He even spent extra time helping me set up the TV. Arrived 3 hours late. Missed the hole when drilling into the stud. Left my home and didn't not clean up. Dry wall dust all over the ground. Response to business: *notified 13 minutes prior that you would be late * sharing clients personal reason for wanting expedited service? He understands what he's doing and is very efficient and knowledgeable about mounting a tv. He has good suggestions on what works and what doesn't. I chose TopLevel because they were significantly cheaper than some of the other quotes I got for mounting 3 TVs. I'm really happy with the work that Yonathan did. We had some snags but Yonathan was very communicative about what was going on and what he was going to do to resolve the problem. I would give him 5 stars but there were a few minor issues: -he didn't bring all his tools to my apartment so he kept having to go back to his vehicle for tools. This significantly slowed the job down because I live in a mid-rise -he accidentally cut a wire inside my wall why drilling a hole. There wasn't any damage to the wire itself, just the casing. It was a lil scary but he taped it up. -he didn't use cable ties. I have swiveling TV mounts and when I moved the tv, the hidden cords on two of my TVs came out. An easy fix for me, but since I paid extra for wire hiding, this seems like a standard thing. -he left his trash behind. I didn't expect him to throw out my TV boxes, he isn't a big box store. However, I would've liked for him to throw out the boxes for his supplies. All that being said, I'd STILL highly recommend this business. It's was far and away the most affordable of the businesses on yelp. I ended up giving Yonathan a 45% tip and it was still cheaper than some other places. Suggestion for the owner: I think bringing a cordless vacuum would make the customers happy. There was a lot of drywall dust for me to clean up. I needed a 75 inch Samsung the Frame TV installed within 24 hours. This company was prompt in responses and set up a time for install next day. Jonathan was the installer. He was detail oriented and even had the specific matching bracket for The Frame TV which was awesome as mine was missing. Install was detailed and he made sure the install was correctly done landing on the studs with additional anchors. The cost was amazingly reasonable. Yonathan is noooooooo joke I was told by another installation person that they couldn't put the TV up because I thought Behind my wall was Hollow.... Do you know the famous saying 'You get what you pay for'? Well, that's exactly what I experienced recently. I was really excited when I came across a budget-friendly TV mounting service, but it turned out to be too good to be true. I scheduled the service for 8 AM the next day and even received confirmation twice. However, on the day of the appointment, things took a disappointing turn. The owner messaged me through Yelp App to inform me that he would be coming 'around 8:30', without any apology for the delay. Despite this, I patiently waited outside to guide him to our guest parking spot, as I respect other people's time and didn't want him to get lost. As time passed, I realized he wasn't showing up, and my calls went unanswered despite trying to reach him SIX TIMES. Finally, at around 9:11 AM, I received a message via Yelp App with an excuse: 'Hey, my apologies. My phone wasn't getting signal, and traffic was slower than usual.' In today's world, using 'traffic' and 'no signal' as excuses just doesn't cut it, especially for someone running a business. Everyone is constantly glued to their phones, and if you're going to be late or can't make it, the least you can do is call or message. This whole experience made it clear that they have absolutely no respect for others' time. Punctuality is an essential characteristic of any decent business, and if they couldn't be punctual, they should have had the decency to take responsibility for their actions. At the end of the day, I'm relieved that I didn't go with their service because their lack of respect for my time would have likely translated into a shoddy job, and my 85-inch TV might have ended up tearing down my walls. read more

I recently had Yonathan from TopLevel TV Mounting install two TVs in my living room, a 75-inch and a 65-inch, along with two Sonos soundbars. He did an excellent job! He made sure everything was set up perfectly, and I was really impressed with how clean the wall looked. I messaged a few different companies on Yelp for TV mounting. Yonathan had the best price and responsiveness to my inquiry. He's a true professional of his craft. He mounted my LG 77in TV & soundbar. I have a fire block but he was able to get the wires through and re-patch the hole. He does everything necessary to get the job done and give it a clean professional look. I doubt anyone can beat his price for the quality of work he does. Look no further. He's your guy.
