Honey oak, circa mid-90's, definitely good quality just a little dated and tired. I bid out a few different painting organizations and found Larry's company here on Yelp. When he came out to estimate the job, he was punctual and straightforward with me. He definitely set expectations from the get-go, which is how it should be! We found that we shared a similar set of values when it comes to our work - both very proud of the end result and strive to make people feel like everything was above board. To top it off, his bid was reasonable. I decided to move forward. All I can is his guys were insanely punctual and thorough. I never felt uncomfortable leaving my house alone with them. The end result was well worth the project. Everyone was great to work with, they cleaned up the space extremely well afterwards and made sure I was 100% happy before they left. I really wanted to like this company, but, after my initial positive experience, I have been extremely frustrated. Here's what happened. In May of last year, I asked Larry for an estimate for a simple stucco repair and a re-touching of our stain on our wood garage door. He gave me a quote and said that he would be available as soon as he finished his current job. Great, I said. I waited to hear back from him but got no response. In early June, I contacted him again, and he apologized, saying that they had been really busy and that he would be in my area soon. No problem, I said. I waited again. In July, I sent him another message. Larry again apologized, saying that he had still been really busy, but that he would be able to help me soon. No problem, I said. I waited. In October, I contacted him again. It was going to start raining soon, I said. I wanted to get the garage painted and the stucco fixed. Was he going to be available soon? Larry apologized and said that he would be in my area the following week and would get it done then. I waited again. In November, I sent Larry another message, asking whether I should just forget about the job or if he was actually going to do it. He never responded. I had Larry and his crew paint the exterior of my home which included the stucco and trim, some accent wood and stucco areas and wrought iron fencing. His crew worked everyday for 10 days straight. They were meticulous about prepping all the areas and were very friendly and courteous. They even fixed a crack in the block wall and painted another area that they saw needed painting even though it was not in the original scope of work. Today we had the guys come by and repaint our base-boards and do some cover up repair. All of the guys were extremely friendly and went above and beyond our expectations. We solicited bids from several painting companies to paint a large deck and small patio cover. Only one company agreed to actually come to our home and look at the project, OC Integrity Painting. Working with Integrity, we quickly discovered that they put the I in Integrity. Their attitude is one of "I want to listen carefully to you and do the best job I can for you, I want to be honest and courteous and address all your concerns, I want to go the extra mile to make sure that you are kept fully informed as the project progresses and I want this to be the best experience possible for you. My observations of Integrity's work were: 1. The owner arrived on time to review the project and asked relevant questions and provided first a verbal estimate, followed by a written estimate. 2. The written estimate was promptly provided, very detailed and the price was in line with the verbal estimate. All questions and revisions were addressed promptly as well. 3. The Integrity team arrived on the scheduled date and on time. 4. The Integrity team was courteous, excited to work with us and very knowledgeable with many years of experience. 5. There is a pool very close to the deck and the Integrity team made sure that it was completely covered and protected as well as all of the cement and patio furniture. 6. The Integrity team scraped and sanded and was very careful to assess all the wood and keep us informed as to any damaged wood that needed to be replaced or repaired. 7. The Integrity team came up with a unique plan to better protect the patio cover wood that had consistently been rotting and the fix was expertly completed. 8. The deck now has two coats of primer and two coats of finish paint and looks fantastic. 9. This is the second time within the last year that I have used Larry and his crew. Their work is impeccable! They always start at 8:00 am sharp and pay great attention to detail. I can honestly say that, I don't think I'll go to anyone else for texture and painting services. I don't really write reviews that much to be honest but i felt like with how I was taken care of I had too! We just moved into the house and I decided I wanted to hang my TV above the fireplace but when I did the cords didn't not have enough space to route everything the way I wanted. So, I had to redo the fire place (Fiance wasn't too happy with me about this, hah). I decided that I wanted to tear down the fireplace and also add 6 ceiling lights in the living room. Larry and his team (Hyro and Reggie) helped with this whole process from the tear down to the texturing to even helping me find people to install this travertine slab for my fireplace.
