I am super picky and don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I felt compelled to because Larry's team did such an amazing job painting the interior of my house. We opted for all white, which can show up imperfections, especially on old walls, which we have. They prepped well, fixing many small holes and smoothing out rough spots. They primed everything, and painted up to 5 coats on the most prominent walls to ensure a full rich covering. They transformed my old 1960's house into a modern stylish place - it looks new now. They may be a small business, but their craft and customer service is anything but. Our house needed a small area taken care due to scrapes and paint chipped off. My wife asked around other paint places and either did not want to take the time to come by or it wasn't worth it. Larry was the opposite. We had a small garage drywall repair to be done when our new A/C was installed; a hole needed to be made to access and relocate a drainage pipe. We originally was referred to him when we had to paint our closets before custom closet organization was installed. We were impressed with how much attention to detail he took with even the closets we tested another room and had him paint the vaulted ceiling white and the walls another color. Working with Larry from the start to finish was great. The bottom line is I will use him again every time I need touchups or new paint in my condo. Very good attention to detail and effort to make me happy. Both his painter Heidl and Hugo were easy to communicate with and get adjustments in what i wanted (they stayed for a full day's 8 hours of work.) His price was decently matched with other local painters in terms of labor and materials, and i did not have to get the materials myself (which was nice) since he did a paint match and used Vista paint. The initial estimate for 1 large wall, several other small wall faces, and painting both sides of our stairwell was about 600 for labor and 150 for materials. Larry even got the job done in 1 day so he cut 100 dollars off our price. The texture work/repair that they on my previous drywall replacements was high quality, and they tried to leave the walls looking better then they found them. Heidl even taped off all my stairs and offered to paint the stair risers with my own paint for no extra charge. He additionally did the back side of my front door and finished painting a set of baseboards for me that i didn't get to yet. This saved me time and my back!! Lastly, they even changed my lightbulbs that were 20+ feet up on the ceiling since they brought a super high ladder. Cant say enough good things about Larry and his guys. Worth every penny. As a home owner you never know who to trust when it comes to repairs after you have a minor or major problem that needs repair after it happens. Larry and his team had the tough job of redoing and painting baseboards that were done half ass by another contractor through out the entire house. Over 3 labor intensive days (hunched over & on their knees all day), Hyro and his team arrived on time and kept the in progress masking, sanding and paint work always clean and neat inside the condo. I've reached out to at least 13 painters through Yelp, and Larry was the only person who was willing to help out AND for a great price.
