If I could leave zero stars I would. They were scheduled to come pickup a fair amount of junk Wednesday morning and I just thought they were late. Then an hour past so I called them and left a message while simultaneously messaging him through Yelp. I got zero call backs, called him probably 10 times throughout the day and zero response. I mean just WTF! If you're going to say you're going to do something and I'm paying you and confirmed the time and day several times. Even as late as the evening before. I took that as a pretty good indication and was looking forward/neeeded them to be there and they failed miserably. If u wanna book em and then Have them not show up at all or respond to any messages or emails and it's now Friday. Freaking ridiculous. DONT GET FOOLED BY THAT BS $160 flat rate garbage cuz they just ain't gonna show up. Pretty clear. Don't make the same mistake! Let me just say that Christopher was a GODSEND! He saved me from a nightmare of junk removal. I inquired yesterday evening for a trash/junk removal to be done asap as I was scheduled for a bug treatment procedure at home at 8am. Christopher not only responded in a timely manner but showed compassion and understanding of my situation. No judgments and nothing but honesty from him. I sent photos of items needing to be removed and he assessed and gave an answer quickly. His quote was very reasonable. He assured me that he was well equipped for the job and could schedule the pick up and removal for the next morning at 6am (prior to bug treatment). Other companies either were charging an arm and a leg or had no availability for the time frame I needed. Some companies didn't even respond until over 24 hours later. The next morning, Christopher arrived at the scheduled time. He greeted us and introduced himself and explained what he was planning to do. He went to every room with me present and clarified then confirmed what needed to be removed. Throughout the process, Christopher continued to confirm if certain items needed to be removed. My oldest daughter had a very hard time parting ways with some items and Christopher really showed her compassion and said some comforting words to her. She let it all go. I was amazed and very surprised at how smoothly the process went with Christopher! He is everything you'd want when looking to hire someone for these junk removal services he offers! He followed strict safety and health precautions. I was impressed that he had his own PPE, down the the shoe covers! And I don't think I mentioned, he did this job SOLO! I reached out to them, and they are quoting me $480 for the same amount and make-up of items, and less than 4 miles from my mom's house. When I told Christopher this, he indicated that he couldn't go any lower than $290.
