We paid Robert over $4k for 4 speakers and 2 Yamaha amplifiers to be installed in Nov 2018. We immediately had an issue with one of the amplifiers and after trouble shooting it for a couple month Robert took it back to get a refund or exchange. Today 5/6/22 we finally got Robert to credit us back less then 1/2 the price of the amplifier that was inoperable. Initially Robert was responsive which is why we accepted the pricing, expecting good service and follow through. Unfortunately it was a very regrettable experience. I was very excited to have them install a tv. I was impressed of how quickly they got back to me. Robert provided a time he would be able to stop by to install the tv. I made arrangements and rescheduled appointments to be sure I would be home for the appointment. The day of the appointment came and I waited for a while I figured perhaps they were running a few minutes behind and thought maybe they were on they're way. I was very disappointed that they didn't feel the need to reach out and notify me they were running "behind schedule" after I reached out to him I was informed he would not be coming at the scheduled time, which was at noon instead he change the time to 2pm without notification. I would definitely not recommend Robert or his team for any type of service. With so many business out there I'd recomendable you take your business elsewhere. Robert did an outstanding job. He came back over and over for my nitpicking with no complaints and always in a timely fashion. His first visit was much faster than I expected so that is a plus as well. Not only did he install the outlets we needed, but he patched holes in the wall he didn't even make! He was patient with me and my ignorance (which was excessive) so I can't recommend him enough! I wish I had pictures but the work he did was kinda boring so the pictures would be as well so I'm really saving you! Update: the plug that was installed behind the TV only one Outlet works and most disturbing of all Robert did not secure the mount to studs there's a rectangular crack where the mount is going to fall off the wall. I should have taken a picture we had to remove the TV!!! what a waste :( read more

I found Robert though craigslist. He didn't complete the work so I called him several times. He'd promised to show up but never did. I subsequently gave up. I regret not checking his reviews prior to hiring him. I ended up hiring another electrician to finish the work that Robert started. We Had quite a bit of work done during our remodel. We used Robert for some electrical work and home theatre install. The electrical work went well with no major issues but had repeated issues with home theatre install. We have had to have him back three times for the exact same issue and needed a fourth appointment for the same. Seems he just can't figure it out and solve the problem. We were stood up several times for an appointment as he was a no show and he always had an excuse. We notified him that we will not be using his services any longer as we will need to call another home theatre company to fix problems we already paid for. read more

What a lousy experience. Robert seemed perturbed even when he called ME after getting an alert from Home Advisor. All I needed him to do was come and remount my large monitor. He gave me a price and we made the appt for Thursday at 4:30. I left work early just to make certain I wouldn't be late. But he took no such care to make sure he even showed up. Which he didn't. In fact, after waiting an additional hour and half past his appointed time, I called him. He didn't answer, but instead texted me telling me he was driving and that he would call me later. That didn't make sense...he could text in the car but not talk in the car. Well, he didn't call anyway. So after waiting another hour for him to call, which he didn't, I texted him again and told him to forget the appointment. He took 45 minutes to answer my text but asked if wanted to re-schedule. I wanted to give him another chance and said yes if he could the next day (Friday). He said he'd check and, you guessed it, another 40 minutes went by before he texted me (I'm not quite sure why he doesn't like phoning) to say we were on for Friday at the same time (4:30). Well I wasn't surprised when 4:30 came and went and, yep, no Robert, no phone call, no text, not a word. I finally gave up and texted to say 'cancel my appointment.' And not one to not be consistent, he texted me back after an hour with an "okay." Guess business must be good. How it can be...I have no idea. read more
