I hired OC Tasker to replace all the slides in 22 drawers and to create new drawer faces and two shelves. The final result looks good; however, I had to insist that a new shelf be sanded -- I was told my painters would do it -- even though sanding was clearly stated in the contract. It was an uncomfortable position to be put in. In addition, one shelf arrived with a large chip and they were going to install it like that until I pointed it out; they repaired it instead of providing a new shelf. These issues left a bad taste, and I felt I had to manage details that should have been handled proactively by the company. read more

Brent came with Bailey to replace kitchen faucet (took 2+ hours), 2 bathroom sink faucets (one took more than 3 hours then next one was faster). They didn't seem like experts at this type of work. BEWARE - NOT AN AUTHORIZED GOOGLE RETAILER I would think twice about purchasing any Google-branded products from OC Tasker. OC Tasker's website has a highly misleading image claiming to be a "Certified Dealer" for Google. The problem is that they are not. The reason I know that is because Google has told me that directly. Oc Tasker may purchase Google products from an authorized distributor, which may or may not be true, but even if they did, that isn't very helpful to you as the consumer. As far as Google is concerned, you bought from OC Tasker because that's what your receipt shows. This post refers to my experience with a warranty claim for only a few Google products. We requested some work to be done at our house. We got a person to come and look at our property. I spent quite a bit of time walking him around my property and discussing my issues which was fixing some facia wood rot/ termite damage and some wood rot work on my balcony. He took pictures and told me he would get back to me in a few days with an estimate. I got a text, not a phone call a week later telling me that they couldn't do our job. No explanation on why and he said they were too under staffed to get back to me sooner. Anyways not too happy and they obviously didn't want my business. I don't recommend them. The best professional and knowledgeable handyman in town! We just moved in to our new home and needed a lot of installation throughout the house to make it smart home! Brent is great and so on time and on schedule. He installed my chandelier and made sure ceiling has enough support to hold the weight. Finally I got my chandelier installed with the help of his wife Tressa who is the sweetest and detail oriented person I've ever met! Brent and Adam completed a number of tasks for us yesterday; they ranged from replacing a bathroom fan, repairing two kitchen drawers, lifting down heavy boxes from storage, and more. I was looking to install my Nest Doorbell and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly OC Tasker responded with a quote and so this seemed promising. Brent Colquitt asked that I schedule through their scheduling system, which I did. Our appointment was scheduled for Dec 1st at 4 pm. At 3:56 he texted me that he was running an hour behind and that he'd be over around 5 pm. At 5:12 he said he was on his way. At 5:27 pm, he said he won't be able to make it because of a flat tire and he apologized. Not a big deal and I completely understood. He texted me saying he'd like to reschedule and so I agreed and asked how he'd like me to reschedule. No text back from him. I emailed him the following day and he responded saying he'd make it up to me if I could wait a couple of days. I said that's fine and to let me know when. No response. On Dec 7th, I followed up with him and still no response. The lack of response is unprofessional and is the reason why I'm only giving him one star Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. Brent was a great person to work with. After putting in a Nest Pro request, he was one of the first people to reply and his communication from that point forward was quick and thorough. I needed someone to be able to come in the next day and after a busy schedule, he was able to fit me in at the end of this day.
