Had all the right gear and the right anchors to support my 75" TV, which wasn't made to be the lightest. Put down drop cloth and cleaned along the way. Had a helper to split the work and get the job done fast. I did t have to lift a finger. Provided some good advice on placement and AV design. Although my needs were basic, they seem knowledgeable in setting up full blown home theatre systems. They were responsive even though they were busy going from one job to the next. I guess when you're decent at your job a lot of folks hire you. I would use them again in the future.

Enter Launch Systems state of the art audio planning. They customized a plan that was just right for my business, and what's more - without having to utilize the ceiling space. The system they created and installed for me worked perfectly, seamlessly, and reliably even without my laptop or phone present. They chose a Sonos system for each room, creating wonderful music for my customers without any kind of obtrusiveness. The service was professionally delivered and they checked in with me as well to make sure all was well. The Sonos system works with a proprietary type of blue tooth technology that makes them all individually customizable, from volume to what it will play. I have my speakers all synced together. My employees love how easy it is to use, they come in first thing before me and simply push the "play" button on just one speaker, and all the speakers will tap into their former settings even WITHOUT me being there. That has been frankly, one of the most pleasant surprises. Now I can rest assured that when I am away from my business and customers are being served still, I don't have to worry about the music quality while I'm away. The neat thing too is that I can control the system from my phone or an app easily installed on my laptop. I can give any of my employees control to the app but I prefer to keep it in my control so I don't catch them putting anything on that's not perfect for the business. Their capacities are far ranging and their expertise is probably singular! I know for a fact your A/V needs and smart home needs will be customized and met beyond your expectations with Launch. If you don't show up when scheduled, fail to add a job to your schedule, and keep lying to your customer about the arrival time of your tech who NEVER shows up at all...why would I trust this company with my larger corporate work? How you treat people matters, whether the job is big or small. This was unacceptable today and I did not appreciate that I had to keep calling YOUR business to find out what was going on, what happened to the tech, etc. Why aren't YOUR people communicating with customers? Why didn't anyone apologize? Why didn't anyone call before close of business to say, "Hey, we're not coming!" I was extremely unhappy because no one cared that I had taken time off work to meet the tech and no one cared enough to even CALL me and let me know what was going on. You guys dropped the ball big time here and were incredibly thoughtless and rude. Update: They just arrived at 5:36 pm. The techs themselves were GREAT and were able to do the work and complete the job. However, I wanted someone to know about the lack of transparency and communication today as it was very upsetting to me. The quality of work and the people you hired to do the actual technical job were terrific, knowledgeable and qualified. I realized it was not THEIR fault today, but I think it's important for people to know about the communication problems. I updated my review from 1 star to 3 because of the actual techs and their skills.

Working with Brent was such a pleasure. He took so much time and was so conscientious measuring how to hang our not-easy-to-hang custom shelves. He was not satisfied until it was just as he'd want it in his own home, which in turn made me quite satisfied! And, when the project took longer than he originally thought, he stuck to his original quote; he did not ask for more money for his time, and he refused any payment (even a partial payment) until the job was completed. I tried to install a Nest thermostat in my home on a Sunday afternoon. Bad idea. Couldn't get it to work. Called two other places who had a girl answer that was to get back to me after talking to their "scheduler". I called OCTASKER and Brent answered the phone. He tried to troubleshoot the problem with me over the phone to no avail (no fault of his but due to my inexperience). He then came out later that afternoon (Did I mention it was Sunday). There was some wiring on the old thermostat that didn't seem to match up with the Nest Thermostat. I called Brent at OCTASKER.COM and he said he could probably walk me through the installation over the phone.
