Unauthorized Signature: They added "Signature Required" without my consent. Because of this, USPS couldn't deliver it to the closed business in Monterey Park, turning a local mail into a 3-day mess. Awful Attitude: When I called for help, they were extremely dismissive, impatient, and told me to "solve it yourself." Zero apologies, zero customer care. Now I have to pick it up myself. When I pointed out that it is right within the Iloilo region I had already disclosed, they blamed FedEx and refused to take accountability. As a business owner myself, I know that if you fail to verify the full delivery details before giving a firm quote, you eat the cost of your own mistake--you don't pass it onto the client. Because I was overseas and on a tight budget, I offered a fair compromise to split the difference and pay $35 extra. They flatly refused and gave me a ridiculous ultimatum: pay the full amount, or arrange my own international courier to physically pick up the package from their California office. Knowing how nearly impossible that is to coordinate from the Philippines, I had no choice but to pay the $70 ransom just to get my own essential documents released, bringing the total to $403. When I asked about it, there was zero explanation because really everyone knows that's nonsense and how can anyone explain silliness. At the very least, they need to disclose the extra made-up charges and fees that aren't assumed by the customer. That's a real good way to break trust. I will never do business there again. I don't like charges that take advantage of people no matter how big or small. It's too bad.
