Not only was she available when i needed her, she also beat all other estimates I received. The house is immaculate! Absolutely sparkling spotless. Her cleaning style is incredibly strategic and organized. It is apparent that she thoroughly thinks things through before taking action. Her son and her make a great duo and work very productive together. The 4 hours of cleaning they did were more like 6 hours worth of work. Their time efficiency is astonishing. My cat went missing due to the vacuuming and Shannon said, "I am not leaving until we find the cat" and helped me search the entire house after she was done with hours of hard work. Victoria was very friendly on the phone and making the appointment was a breeze. I was told to request Clifford. He and Curvin (sp?) showed up on Saturday morning and cleaned the whole place, both units, top to bottom. They did an AMAZING job! I've watched other house cleaning crews work and they are not nearly as thorough. If I lived in a bigger place (as opposed to a studio apartment) and wanted to hire house cleaners, I'd call Mahogany in a heartbeat. And I'd definitely request Clifford & Curvin! I don't usually trust anyone else to clean things as thoroughly as I would (I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to cleaning) so that's saying something! They asked me questions (did I want the refrigerator cleaned?) and listened to my requests (please clean the laundry room!) and they wanted me to walk through and approve their work before they left. They were also very conscientious...making sure to turn off all the lights as we did the walk through and even reminding me to lock the door of the downstairs unit. I really appreciate that. Plus, the stuff they used to clean with actually smelled GOOD and not like cleaning chemicals. Yay for good smells!

We had 3 people come clean the home and John (owner husband) was by far the best. He moved furniture, he scrubbed and re-scrubbed and all the areas he was in were done very well. He also helped me put cushion covers back on my couch Unfortunately, Amber (owner) and the other lady they brought were not as thorough even though they were there a total of 6 hours, they left at 10pm. FYI, don't do something this late since you can't really do a good walk through without all the light that is needed. The next morning when my wife came home we saw all the stuff they didn't do. Parts of the kitchen were just not touched. The freezer was not cleaned. I had fingerprints on my oven. I had dust on my kitchen counters BELOW items, ie they were not picked up and cleaned below, or likely the area was just not done. We had some texture still on door that just requires a wipe down with water to come off but that wasn't done. The floor below our wine cabinet wasn't touched at all even though there is plenty of clearance. Since we had delays from another vendor they couldn't finish our master bath. I had agreed with Amber that I would pay her in full and she would come back in 2 days to clean it since that is when she would be back in town. When we sent an email the following AM to Amber telling her we would want her to come and fix some of these items, she curtly responded saying we would get a $15 refund for not doing the master, and that the relationship is no longer needed or wanted and the check was in the mail. This was just amazingly horrible customer service. She knew my wife was coming home after being away and that the master bath needed to be cleaned otherwise we couldn't use it. By pulling out at the last minute we had to scramble to find another crew to come clean it (they came 2 days later). Her tone was uncalled for and completely rude and the $15 was just insulting. I had to put a stop payment on the check in order to get an appropriate refund and this was after 10 more back and forth emails that were just unnecessary. At one point, I had to deal with the office manager, I guess Amber didn't want to engage anymore. I would not use them again, even though John was really good. They are very expensive and while John may be worth it, the rest were not. A simple let me come back and fix it for you is all that was needed. The poor customer service and handling of the situation just confirmed why we will keep looking for a good monthly cleaning crew.

I did their $99 initial cleaning service, for my very small 700 sq ft home. I was told it was a 3 he service with 1 cleaner. On the day of two cleaners came but one was clearly new as she was being instructed on how to clean by the the other cleaner. We had planned to leave and asked to be texted so we could come back. But did pay before we left, which was clearly our first mistake. We came home after 2 1/2 hrs and they were gone, with no text. The house was not done being cleaned at all. Our entire living space floor was not done. The entertainment center not touched. Food at the bottom of the sink, kitchen floor not mopped, and small area rugs not picked up and vacuumed under. But our money was gone. I took pictures and emailed the owner to let her know how awful her employees had done. Instead of responding to me she had the cleaner write me back using her email, at first apologizing, and offering to come back and clean for free. This email was shortly followed by an odd series of emails basically discrediting the original apology, stating it was just a $99 initial clean and they did the best they could, and then another saying I should have paid for the $300 deep clean if I wanted more. Except these things missed are extremely basic, and were specifically listed on THEIR checklist for the basic initial clean. I replied with my disappointment in the odd series of emails, again requesting to speak with the owner amber, thinking she would care about the quality of her business, and literally never heard back. Except for a few days later when I got a random text from someone stating they were the office manager, asking for my email to send me a receipt invoice. So clearly they are also not at all organized and had no clue who I was and that they clearly already had my email. I've honestly pretty much only used yelp to write positive reviews. This was by far my most disappointing experience. I wish I had read the other yelp reviews to see that this is a pattern of awful customer service and business. The cleaning staff consistently set off false alarms and summoned emergency services to our location. Rather than calling our internal 24/7 point of contact to call off the emergency service, they would jump on the phone with someone on their end. This incurred several false alarm charges from our city that could have been prevented by following our simple instruction to call us should they accidently trigger the alarm. In the midst of the city sending out these false alarm bills to us, we discontinued services with Tiny Office Maids due to budget restrictions on our end. Upon reaching out to Jerry Vasquez of Tiny Office Maids about the false alarm bills he seemed very understanding and apologetic. He asked for the bills and was provided with everything requested. Upon Jerry's review of the false alarm dates, he accepted the charges as their responsibility, but asked if the payment could be split into two installments. We split the payment into two and since then, Jerry and all of his office staff we have ever interacted with are M.I.A. No response, no updates on payment expectations etc. We are very disappointed and have unfortunately removed this fellow small business from considerations for a future relationship or any referrals to our fellow small business contacts in need of cleaning service. I cannot confidently say this company would do the right thing in any situation following this experience. Just because we are no longer a client does not warrant them lying and subsequently trying to dodge their responsibility in this matter.
