The place was big enough for all my guests and bonus point is their backdrops. Andrew was our host. Very nice, very accommodating to all our requests. He even helped us carry our stuff, food, beverages from our cars. Organized the back for the food buffet. Helped us put our food in the chafing trays and put the ice and beverages in the cooler. The team at Insta Party Spot was amazing! We had our daughters Sweet 16 party with 60 guests. The venue design is flexible and allows for creative decorating, we fit all guests comfortably with space for a DJ, dance floor, 2 food vendors (one who had a custom churro cart) and had room to spare. My daughter loved that it was a blank canvas, and our decorators had fun designing the space out. The venue offers hosting service, we rented it a full day and our Hosts, Amber & Alex were phenomenal. Chairs and tables came with the venue rental which was perfect. As a mother my job usually means I set up the venue, while coordinating arrivals, and then rushing to get ready just before the party starts. I showed up early, ready to work and Alex politely informed me that it was her job to make my day less stressful. I ended up staying an hour and left Alex and Amber to coordinate the rest of the set up. I cannot say enough positive things about both ladies, they made the night special, and I was able to enjoy hostess duties without all the extra work. Danielle was our Beverage attendant, and she was also fantastic, she helped us keep the TV's replaying our daughter's reel all night. We've recommended the space to family and friends looking to host their events and I'll definitely use the space again if I have a need. 10/10 recommend if you want a space you can design for a guest list of 80 or less. I had a baby shower at their Azusa location and it was so spacious for my family, food (in a same but separate location), enough rooms for privacy when needed and two bathrooms which was the best since there was no waiting needed. They had everything a location needed to have for a party and it was truly the best. My family so much enjoyed it, they will be using a place like this for the future. Definitely worth having my shower there! Also, amazing folks helping us out throughout the entire night! What a great spot to have a small party. We had my DIL's baby shower here in July (too hot to have outside) and it was beautiful. There were walls already decorated with the faux grass and flowers so you only need minimal decorations. And you even get the use of this elegant chair. It was perfect for when she opened her gifts. I can say enough good things about this location.
