His reply was that there were no retail people in that could help and if I wanted to drive to the store and there is a note on the door, to let them know. It's a 45 minutes drive, so I won't do a store check for them. What company doesn't know if there store is open? All time worst response ever.

The store has tons of great outdoor gear, Patagonia items, Arcade belts, rugged wear and a great shoe wall in the back. We loved the stickers - some very unique designs! Next time, when we have more time, we'll definitely purchase some items. Great local place right on Hargett, terrific location. We paid to park nearby, $1.25 for an hour. The salesman miraculously appears and waits on a man who came in after me. Well, maybe he didn't see me. He finally gets to me and brings me several shoes to try and then totally disappears. I needed another size. Finally, another salesman comes by and gets me another size. Then he too doesn't come back to help me. I guess they are just shoe fetchers from the back room. By 9 am, I had a text telling me my order was ready. Woo hoo! Drove down to the store and had my pupper with me, as always! Pulled into curbside spot, very well signed by the way, and not only did the employee come out FAST but he saw my giant Lab hanging out the window and he brought him a dog biscuit! Very easy shopping experience and so fast and efficient. Other retailers offer curbside however the wait can be rather long (Sam's, I'm looking at you), but this was so quick. Highly recommend as far as shopping online and parking curbside.

Purchased a new gun here today and the associate picked out the "correct" ammo to go with it, we…read morepurchased said ammo because the associate picked it out saying it was the right one, took it to the range same day and it is not the right ammo, confirmed with the staff at the range, it does not work for this gun at all. Now Cabela's is telling us that despite the fact it was THEIR mistake, they will not refund or exchange ammo. So they can scam you out of your money and refuse to correct their mistakes. Apparently their staff at the gun counter don't actually know anything about what they're selling.
