We experienced a small problem with the refrigerator that was addressed and fixed promptly. The owner anticipated our needs by having almost all pottery, utensil, and pot you need. The only problem was the living room furniture which was not only uncomfortable but flimsy and well below the standards of anyone's expectations for the price of the rental property. For the small price of a decent living room set this house would have gotten an excellent rating from me.

My sister purchased the house in 2007 for $1.5mm. The house was listed prior to her death in the $2.3mm range. After her passing, in 2021 the Executor along with Schlosser R.E. Sold the house for the EXACT same price as my sister purchased it for some 13 years earlier, meaning the house did not appreciate at all in value that entire time? The market in 2021 was very strong with interest rates at a record low. Skip ahead to 2023, LESS than 2 yrs later, and the house is re-listed for $2.5mm. Somehow, in 13 years, it didn't appreciate in value at all, but in two years it went up $1 million. There has been no major work (or any real work) done to the house in that time. I can't remember the last time we all sat down for a meal together. The outdoor space was relaxing. The addition of a new blackstone griddle in the back made cooking up big breakfasts fast and easy. The proximity to the beach made trips back and forth to from the house to take a toddler to the bathroom, fix lunch, or run back to grab something quick made for a stress free week. The hosts were incredibly accommodating even though we hardly ever saw them. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

They have super nice on-site staff that will address any/all of your concerns right away. They even text you right after check in to be sure you are happy. We love Cest Blu it's our favorite location and is usually booked a year in advance. It's absolutely breathtaking. We also love Fishbay suite, which is the absolute best location when you have autistic children like we do. Then they can see everything, go out do 1-2 things, grab food and come back and it's right there. It's front area is also perfect for the kids on any rainy days. The beach suites are fantastic. We like the bottom ones as you can walk out your back door right to the pool and courtyard. Especially wonderful for those with disabilities or elderly. It's a smoke free environment as well. Grand Beach House is one of our children's favorites. It's on the bayside and is nice and quiet, has the pool right behind it, the office and courtyard right there. It's close to the free bay beach, and to the boardwalk but not so close it's loud and it's safe. All of their properties are. We also love Sandcastle it's beautiful and has a cute little coffee station. It's on a property with a pool as well. My parents love Park 1. My mom and I were trying to plan a high school graduation trip with me and 9 of my friends (17-18). We were very much aware of the restrictions of having that many young adults, which is why my mother was staying in the same room as me and the 9 other girls. From the start in all of our emails we were very upfront with who was going, what the trip was for, and what the restrictions would be for a group of young adults. They told us as long as someone over 21 was in the room there would be no problem. When my mother called to finalize the trip we were speaking to Nicholas on the phone, she discussed having all 9 girls and herself stay in one room, and two of our adult family members staying in another room. Nicholas said that was all fine but when my mom mentioned each of us getting a beach pass, Nicholas retracted the all good and asked how old the kids going were. My mom said they were 17 to 18 years old cause it was for a high school graduation trip. He immediately started rambling how the prices we were quoted weeks ago were wrong, we couldn't have that many young adults in one room, the town would fine them, and Nicholas stated to my mother he found it "hard to believe" she would actually be staying in the room with us. ( He gets even more unprofessional) I called back myself just to see what the sudden confusion was about. When Nicholas picked up I said my mom had just called and things got confusing so I just wanted to call back and clear some things up. Which is when he got very rude. He told me I need to understand when its 12 young adults in a room its too much. When I reminded him it was 12 people total and only 9 teenagers he got extremely nasty. Saying "I have been an attorney for 35 years, I'm not gonna be able to talk around him" This was never my intention I was just trying to follow up on what happened. When I asked straight up where this confusion was coming from he said "Can you ask your mother why she's a liar" and when I told him to re-read all the email we had sent he said I better watch myself because he would "Make sure my last name wasn't allowed anywhere in that town" and asked is I was "Proud of how I was speaking" This was the most unprofessional phone call I have ever had, and if you ever need a rental DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE. All kinds of goodies related to the show as well as custom print shirts, hoodies, etc. The Jersey Shore House is right behind and above the store on the boardwalk and you can even book a tour of "the house" when they are running them. If you take the time to walk around the block you will see the enterance to the house including the iconic Italian painted garage door you see on the show. JWoww is definitely one of the sexiest girls in TV history and Snooki is one of the cutest and most adorable as well. People love to hate on the people on this show, but if it's up to me I would say there's nothing wrong with these people or anyone else on TV specifically, any more than is wrong with all of us. We love to point fingers and judge, make fun and ogle other people's lives. It's a substitute for having lives of our own, and the only people any of us should be judging and giving advice to... is ourselves. Worry about yourself and let the Shore people and every other person, live their own life. It's just one block from the beach and a very easy walk to great local spots like Hook's and Heavy Reel Brewing Company. Paul was a fantastic host. He's incredibly friendly and full of excellent food recommendations in the area. He is very family-oriented and warmly encouraged me to bring my kids next time. We had such a wonderful, stress-free stay that I'm already talking about coming back with my daughters in the near future.

Let me be clear I know the regulations and expectations ... I was moving into a rental in July of 2019 .. It was the height of a heat wave .. it was 100 degrees. The home we were moving into was not rented the week prior.. The home owners who we knew because we had rented their home many times before were fine with us getting into the home an hour before the 2pm check in time. The woman who presented herself to be the owner of the agency her name was Pat .. was arrogant and unwilling to let us into that home 5 minutes early. My 90 year old mother sat in a car for hours in 100 degrees for no other reason than this woman needed to prove she was in charge. Now we are purchasing a home in Chadwick beach we would NEVER consider chadwick beach reality ... maybe she should think next time she wants to be disrespectful and show she is "IN CHARGE" and I hope her mother NEVER has to sit in a car for hours at 100 degrees because someone wants to be a witch
