I have 2 issues with this company…read more 1) extra charges 2) pool turned green I cannot believe the way this company operates, especially about billing for services and supplies, Do not give this company free rein over your pool and ask them what they charge for, and watch what they charge for, and how much they use and charge you for. After telling me they only charge for "specialty chemicals" and sending me a list of what specialty chemicals were, I got charged for normal chemicals and more of the chemicals than what they actually put in. ( we watched) I also asked that they notify me when any "specialty chemicals" were being put in because I didn't want surprises on my monthly bill. When they started taking care of the "chemical only" weekly service, our pool began to turn green. This was a week before the hurricane . ( this was the first time in 10 years our pool turned green) we vacuumed the pool at least once a week during this time as we had done before. After I complained one too many times about extra charges, Chris told me to forget the last invoice and we could go our separate ways. It's been two weeks and after doing the pool ourselves, we finally got it back to beautiful clear blue. As far as what they do well, I only have to say they are good at making promises that they don't stand by. As far as what to improve, work on honest business practices, and care about your customers as much as you care about the "bottom line."

After 1 month I decided to do it myself since they only came for 10 minutes once a week. A couple months after that I had health issues and the pool was just too much for new to keep up with so I called Water Keepers Kona. I had a green pool since I was unable to maintain it but they came out and went above and beyond to make sure we had a clean pool. It was not an easy job but they always came with a smile and my pool has never looked better. If you need a pool cleaned you can't go wrong with this company. They're not only the best price on the island they'll do a far superior job than any other pool service I've seen. I'll continue to use their service until the day we move. I can't thank them enough for giving my daughter a sparkling pool to swim in.
