There are also plenty of other activities, including tennis, pickleball, putting greens, fitness facilities, and poolside food and drinks. The problem we had during our stay is my beach umbrella and beach chair were stolen from right outside the door to the condo. I had put the items out there so I would not get the inside of the condo sandy. I had done this for three nights prior with no problems. Monday morning they were gone. We asked the office, but they were no help. The lady in the office said you're not allowed to store items outside the unit. (No signs posted prohibiting it). So there is either a thief on the property which deems it unsafe or the maintenance/lady in the office took it when all she had to do was knock on the door and tell us it wasn't allowed. There are only 3 units on our floor so it seems odd that a thief would get on and off the elevator looking for stuff to steal. I suspect the office knows because our unit was next to the office and the office was not open on the weekend. A little kindness would have gone a long way In this situation.

The experience is usually always great. On the other hand, this year we had an issue with our condo. We had a booking for the week of 4th of July but the condo got sold and the new owners didn't want to rent it. No big deal, the association took care of it and found us another rental. The new condo was ok but needed some maintenance which they said they would take care of. The listing also said it could sleep 8. When we arrived, they had bought a new couch which didn't have a sleeper and never mentioned it. So now what slept 8 could only sleep 6 and we have a big family. The front office was not helpful and didn't do anything for the inconvenience. I understand that everything else was booked up because of the holiday but the front office was handling the reservation and did nothing for causing a problem for us. Other than that the location is great. It's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. There's also tennis courts that are very well maintained. The beach is pretty quiet except for holidays.

Horrible property management in the front office. Recently moved into these apartments and eager to…read moremove out. Little to no pest control (fruit flies are in the thousands, roaches, and ear wigs). Excessive and repetitive work orders for appliances not operating properly. I've requested property management to intervene on my behalf with my neighbors being excessively noisy to no avail (the repeated response is "quiet hours are past 10pm"). I can watch my light fixture swing when they leave their kids home alone. This is my 10th year living in an apartment unit and by far my worst experience. I will not be recommending Baldwin Farms Apartments to anyone.
