If I could tell you one place I could be for the rest of my life with no exceptions this is the place. Beautiful beach view, with a CLEAN beach even better. Not too many jellyfish and white sand, something I look forward too. It has a good community with good staff. Love the pool situation indoor in each building, lazy river, hot tub in each building, and two outdoor pools. Also the hot tubs on every single balcony? Love that. One thing I will say is the plug sparked but the problem was solved with the hot tub specialist who come in daily. Many many activities and delicious food restaurants to try out. Some activities are parasailing, dolphin cruises, a cute little pirate ship, so much more. Yummy food from the gulf, eating on the beach! Like a dream. I'd like to say they supply you what you need, it's clean, pullout bed, reasonably priced, and you will have the best time.

    The pool area

The good it has some nice rooms. It is the regular day maintenance that is lacking. There was dried blood stains all over on the sidewalk in the pool area. There is going in the pool and needs to be cleaned up. We pay a lot of money here to have a good time. Someone needs to circulate the pool area more often to check on things.

Turquoise Place is lovely. We spent three nights here in the first week of the summer and enjoyed our stay. First impressions - lobby area is open, full of natural light and staffed by helpful employees. Parking situation is perfect as our spot was so easy to find. Our unit was spacious, and very tastefully decorated. I think it's a thing here that the units all have hot tubs on the balconies. Ours was huge and ready to use when we arrived. We also had a built in grill and beautiful sitting area out there. All systems were in perfect working order and everything inside was spotless.the bedrooms and baths were large, as was the kitchen and living area. We had a pretty sizable fireplace too. The pools were sparkling clean and the beach area was too. There is an outdoor bar and grill by the pools on the ground level. I only ordered there once and the food was delicious. I had a chicken Caesar wrap and fries. I realize that's pretty basic, but it was done right. My biggest issues: The lazy river. It's on the 4th floor, so sort of a pain to get to. There's no gift shop where you can purchase little things you may have forgotten. I didn't have milk for my coffee so I had to walk to the gas station down the street at 6:00 am. The walk was no biggie, but when I asked a couple of employees where I could get milk, creamer or buy a cup of coffee, they informed me that there was a breakfast restaurant but it was only for premium members. Clearly that wasn't me, but it would've been nice if someone could've just helped me out with a little creamer. I guess if those are my biggest issues, then it's a pretty nice joint. Side note, but very important - My daughter and her bestie were caught in a rip current very close to shore. They had to be rescued, and thank God, the 2 awesome guys who rented our beach chairs to us were there to dive in and save them. Those same guys rescued 4 others that same day. I never saw a lifeguard, so watch your children closely and stay safe.

We loved our time at Turquoise Place this past week and will stay there again next year! Our unit was absolutely amazing!

Even in the midst of all hot tubs being replaced and some major construction going on in one of the other towers, these condos and the oceanfront views are out of this world. Definitely a luxury resort style setup.

Condo 1305 c was great! Cleaned well except for the jacuzzi tub when we cut it on it had mold coming out other than that it was very clean. Rented the chairs and umbrellas on the beach for 3 days and they made the experience even better. Very hospitable and friendly. Elevators could be a little backed up and caused to wait for a long time sometimes but not much that can be done about that. Security guards were ok. Older guy was very helpful but others not so much. Reported someone was in our assigned parking spot and they said well go find another spot. Little confused as to why there are assigned if anyone can park where ever. Would more than likely stay here again in the future. Very spacious for 6 ranging from 14 and up. Also located close to various restaurants which made it very convenient.

The grout is suppose to be white. Very dirty.

*If you are looking for a place to stay for spring break or a vacation with your family, this is NOT it* Dirty and maintenance/employees are very difficult to reach and seem to take advantage of the elderly population. My grandparents are staying here for one month. The condo they are staying in has black stains and matted down carpet. The tile floors have areas of black dirt in the grout and the master shower has mold in it. Their 2nd day here they realized the stove hood vent/light, multiple other lights, and hot tub were not working. They have been in contact with a worker named Avery from Lifescapes and said she would contact maintenance for them. Three maintenance workers have been to their condo to look at the hood vent over the stove and nothing has been fixed. Each maintenance worker stated they would need to call someone else to fix the hot tub and change the light bulbs. There seems to be a lack of urgency and communication amongst Turquoise Place and their employees. After 9 days here nothing has been fixed and my grandparents have not been able to enjoy their hot tub, or cook in the kitchen due to lack of lighting. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone I know if they care about their family members or friends. Thousands of dollars spent for a subpar Super 8 condo, whom seems to take advantage of the elderly population. This is absolutely heartbreaking a company would treat their elderly costumers like this during 2021.

Spent four nights here last week the place is just friggin amazing the pools are crystal clear blue and there's so many of them in it right on the beach the price is a little high for most people but it compared to a normal stay at the Marriott it's actually a lot cheaper for the room of the size and all the amenities that you get

This rental property is so gorgeous! I stayed here for four fabulous days and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was extremely helpful from the time we checked in and until the day we left. Upon entering our rental, we were greeted with a nice welcome gift that included a bottle of wine. Our rental was very spacious and tastefully decorated. It included three bedrooms, 3 and a half baths, full-service kitchen with a wet bar and wine refrigerator, living room with a fireplace and flatscreen tv, full dining table and bar seating, sizable balcony overlooking the beach, hot tub, full size grill and dining table (on the balcony), and laundry room with an energy efficient washer and dryer. I fell in love with the master bedroom! It was large and included a sitting area, flatscreen tv, huge bathroom with a whirlpool tub, separate enclosed glass shower, separate rest room area, huge walking closet, blackout curtains, and an amazing view to the lower beach (19 floors down)! In addition to the fabulous accommodations, Turquoise Place also has a private beach, multiple pools, an outdoor activity center with various games (like a humongous chess board and corn hole), and delicious catering services. Overall, I would recommend a stay at this fabulous place. I know my group enjoyed every minute of it.

It's a condo building managed by Brett‑Robinson, and the unit we stayed in was nowhere near the standard of any resort, hotel, Airbnb, or VRBO we've ever booked. The unit was dirty from the moment we walked in. We found a woman's dirty underwear under the table, food crumbs under furniture, sticky and dirty area rugs, and a Tootsie Roll wrapper that wasn't ours. We also discovered a stained sheet at the foot of the bed, positioned so the stain was hidden unless you pulled back the top sheet and blanket, meaning the bedding hadn't been changed between guests. It was obvious the unit had not been cleaned properly at all. We called about the hot water issue on day one, and again on day two when nothing had been fixed. When maintenance finally arrived, he found the shower valves were installed backwards, so hot water ran cold and cold water ran hot. If something that basic is installed incorrectly, imagine how poorly everything else is managed. I reported the cleanliness issues during the second‑day call. They said they would "report it," but I never heard anything back. Only after emailing photos did management call me. They said they would send cleaners that same day, but no one ever showed up. The amenities were also extremely disappointing. They provide only enough shampoo for about two days, even for week‑long stays. There was no coffee or tea, and no beach towels; something every resort, hotel, Airbnb, and VRBO we've stayed at on a beach has provided. Considering people pay thousands of dollars to stay here, this level of cost‑cutting is unbelievable. I wasn't asking for much, just a clean unit and basic communication. They couldn't even meet that. I would not recommend Phoenix VII or booking through Brett‑Robinson.

This review is for unit 2044 At Phoenix East II. In this review, I will discuss both the property…read moreand the individual unit. I will review the unit's management company separately. My family loves to visit the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We took a spring break trip and stayed here. I'm giving the unit three stars because while it wasn't a bad place to stay, we've stayed in better. Let me start with the property. Phoenix owns a lot of buildings here and one of my usual complaints is the "parking fee". I mean, really? Couldn't that just be included in the rent of the unit? It's a little ridiculous. My favorite part was that one night I forgot to leave the parking pass on the dashboard. So, overnight the rent-a-cops left two "warning tickets" on my windshield. Two because I might not have seen the first one. (insert eye roll here). The building was in pretty good shape. Not sure what was wrong with the garbage chute. It was working the first couple of days we were there and then it was marked "closed" and the doors were locked. We had to lug our garbage down the first floor. The best thing about this unit was the view, even from the fourth floor, you had a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. You can watch the boats go in and out of the pass to the bay. We enjoyed our time on the beach, and sometimes, I just enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We were there during spring break and the beach really wasn't all that crowded. You could go any time of the day and get a nice place to roll out your beach towel. If you'd like, you can rent chairs and an umbrella for $40 per day. There's a discount if you do multiple consecutive days. If you need a break from the beach, there are two pools on property at this specific building, one indoor and one outdoor. We spent all our pool time at the outdoor pool. Now on to the unit, it was clean and comfortable. The living room was comfortable, but I feel like furniture has already seen it's best days. The pictures on were on the management company's website looked pretty nice. Since those pictures were taken, someone has really gone overboard on the beach theme here. Check the pictures for all of the fish and other sea creatures on the wall. The kitchen had obviously been recently been renovated. There were plenty of dishes, cups, and utensils. The master bedroom was bit narrow. You have to be careful going around the the bed to the side nearest the balcony door, there's not much space between the bed and the dresser. That dresser is mostly useless as the drawers are not really big. Another issue we ran into is that there are knick-knacks on every horizontal surface in this place. They really get in the way of places to put our things. The second bedroom had a flip-flop explosion, unfortunately I didn't ge a picture of it, but you can see pictures online. The beds in both rooms were pretty comfortable. The bathrooms looked nice. My only complaint was the shower. I'm 6'3" and I can't get under the shower head to wash my hair. I had to twist and tilt my head to wash my hair properly. The in-room wifi was good, never had a single issue even with all our devices. The air conditioner ran nice and cold. The only issue with that was the system that detects if the doors are open. When the wind blows hard, the front door will show as being "open" and it turns the A/C off. You don't even realize it until it starts getting warm in the unit. The weirdest thing about this unit was the number of signs that were put up around the place. There were signs explaining how things work, signs telling us what to do and not to do, and signs blaming damage on a previous renter. See my pictures for some of the examples. Not really a good feeling that we're not trusted to take care of the place. Would I stay in this building again? Yes. Would I pick this unit again? Maybe... but only if it was a last resort

Communication with them is terrible and they dont seem to mind the inconveniences they place on their customers. Cleanliness of the San Carlos #1108 unit was a concern. We accidentally left a bag hanging in the closet and called to report it hours later. The cleaning lady found it and called me to tell me she was taking it to office. One week later, I still could not be told where the bag was and had to yell at them to stop telling me that "someone would look for it and contact me". The Broadmoor 901 was an outstanding space. Parking was very tight and I had to fight to get passes for both cars, even though I had emailed them prior to arrival and had been told I would be allowed 2 cars. We arrived to dirty laundry in the washing machine and a clogged toilet. Yet, we continued to have no clear communication and zero service, so we handled it ourselves. As a travel advisor, I will absolutely refer clients to these places, even though the San Carlos unit could use some updates, but I will not refer clients to utilize Liquid Life. I wasted hours of vacation time dealing with inadequate responses from Liquid Life and that is just unacceptable.

There was black mold and a ghastly SMELL in the basement "bedroom" that was not to code. The main upstairs toilet was broken, couldn't even flush urine. We all got really up close and personal with one bathroom that only half worked (unless you wanted to go outside during a storm or middle of the night to use the basement closet bathroom). Listing was deceitful, stated 3 bedrooms/2 baths BUT you have to go outside, across the deck, down the deck stairs and around the corner to access the basement bedroom with bunkbeds (for kids?!?) and bathroom. The bathroom was not attached to the bedroom either, so again walking outside to gain access. Listing should be 2 bedroom/1 bath with separate pool house full bath in basement, No central AC in basement. Dirty window unit provided in unlivable bunkbed bedroom along with exhaust holes on the floor covered with mesh wire where bugs and lizards were coming in along with rain when it storms. No wonder there is black mold and a repulsive smell. Upstairs living room pullout couch had water inside while unfolding it, so also unusable. Cushions were not wet and we didn't spill so unsure where or what the mystery liquid was. Deck was in major need of repair with multiple warped boards sticking up causing splinters. Almost bought a hammer to nail down multiple nails sticking up on the stairs. We all have cuts and splinters from walking barefoot the first day. My son had to get a tetanus shot from the PCP. There is no kitchen table or area to eat inside the home, so we expected to eat on the outside furniture on the deck off the kitchen. That was impossible because all of the furniture, chairs/benches/tables, were ZIP TIED to the rungs of the deck. Very odd and because we couldn't get ahold of Liquid Life and didn't want a weird fee, we didn't remove the zip ties. We were there 8/16/26-8/21/26 so no hurricanes to worry about. The un-attached basement full bathroom has no central AC or a window unit. Attempting to shower inside with no air circulating and warm humid Gulf air outside was a sticky sauna at best. And anyone over 5'10 would have to duck to even fit in the shower. There was a private pool with a camera recording (cute uncomfy sign declaring that) the pool and a Pool Rules sign that stated Pool Hours 10a-9p. Very odd and unsettling to have that at a private house pool. Made us question if this was a way to get a fine for not following the rules. There were a dozen pics of the BBQ grill/Blackstone to use on the property, but they were rusted, unusable and the grease trap was so overflowed on the Blackstone, bugs and critters were having a party. We avoided the area because it stunk. Not like there were grilling tools in the home either. Plenty of kitchen glassware at a rental with a pool surrounded by marble tile with signs saying to not use glass. Maybe provide more that 2 plastic cups in the kitchen. Liquid Life did not respond to any issues while on the trip after multiple attempts nor have they responded to VRBO reaching out after. Will be reporting to the BBB as well. This was the definition of putting lipstick on a pig. Liquid Life just wants your money. Reviews on Liquid Life website are all 10 stars (shocker) so that's clearly being monitored. VRBO and AirBNB have multiple negative reviews. I wish i had taken more pictures vs videos of the mess but tbh I didn't want to further upset myself and ruin our vacation. DO NOT RENT THRU LIQUID LIFE IF YOU ARE WANTING A PEACEFUL VACATION!!!
