They need a few things to make their property much more livable. Enough trash cans would be a good start. Cable tv, stereo for music, couple of games or even a deck of cards. Dining room chairs make your teeth hurt when moved with the screeching noise of wood on tile.( Sounds like fingernails on blackboard on steroids!) Maybe a couple bikes, kayaks, a beach chair or two? C'mon, it's a very quiet place, give your renters a little something to do! Non-stop construction during the day is understandable except when everyone you talk to(owners/strangers) don't want Loreto to become the "next Cabo". The only time it's quiet is at night when there is very little to do in the development. Pools are lacking for a property this size and didn't find a hot tub. Abandoned buildings(The 'Batcave', nudge, nudge, wink, wink...) Great views from upper deck and fishing was great. Not quite enough to draw us back though. read more
