I made my appt a few days ahead of time, I asked to keep my gel nail and the tech told me it would be better for acrylic nails! The girl who did my nails made them all uneven. Great place. I always try new places and then end up coming back here. Great pricing and if you pay cash, you get a 10 percent discount. Great color choices (I do like to bring my own sometimes, and they don't mind). Pedicures all come with a hot stone foot massage. I usually get the second level and replace callus remover with sugar scrub. Danny, the owner is a very nice guy and cares about his regulars. The location is very clean. The tools are disinfected and put in their own sterile packaging. The chairs are recently updated and VERY comfy. Probably the most comfy in town. The wait isn't usually long, but they do get busy. It can be loud in there so pick your time accordingly. I usually call ahead for appointments. My only suggestion is don't ask for Nancy. I love all the girls there so much but the last few times, I wasn't too impressed with her. She worked on my husbands pedicure and his toenails ended up very crooked. read more

I used to go to this place for years, then moved away for a couple of years and moved back. Went in to get a full set with a young pretty girl that sits in the back. She did a great job until a few days later all my nails started lifting and began to pop off. I went back in to speak to them about it and took some of the nails with me to prove that I did not pick them off. They argued with me and she told me that I was lying and so I left. $75 for absolutely nothing. they were not apologetic or did they want to know if they could make it right. Probably the wort manicure I have ever gotten in my life.. The lady who did my nails, I believe her name was Lisa, was honestly so rough when doing my nails.. My hands were somewhat tense at times (my fault), but she would tug on my fingers telling me to relax and such. She also cut my cuticles with the power tool, which I totally get, it happens, but she didn't say sorry or show any remorse at all. In my pictures, you could totally tell how uneven both hands are.. She did 3 layers because it "lasts longer", but it just came out too thick. Also, on my thumb, you could definitely see lint/ dust/ whatever STUCK ON MY NAIL. She painted over it & so it's sealed in with the top coat lol. It wasn't even that busy, so I don't know why the job done was so careless.. The only time she was nice was when it was time to pay out. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to create an issue since I am new to this salon & still tipped because I did receive service, but I definitely will bring my business elsewhere next time. read more

I've been coming here for 7 years and been seeing Holly for 6 of those 7 years. Holly is a god sent for my nails - no matter what they always look perfect, I get so many compliments on them and despite living on the other side of town swear on her magic abilities. I have horses and am very hard on my hands and in that entire time I've never once had a nail pop off or break. I've been going here for a couple years and am almost always satisfied! My nail gal, Kelly, is so lovely! Honestly, for most of my life I have been cut by almost every nail tech that's done my nails - not sure if I have overly sensitive cuticles or what, but it hurts terribly when it happens! For that reason, my hands are very tense when getting manicures. I'm always on edge thinking I'm going to get nicked! But Kelly is sooooo gentle and does a phenomenal job! Inside is all blue with this beautiful picture of the beach and sea animals on the walls. Also, the ceiling was like clouds. I loved it because it was relaxing. Maybe the worst place I've ever gone to. Will not be going back but in guessing from their attitude they done care at all.

Normally nail techs are talkative or at least friendly not at this place. My tech was annoyed and it was obvious as soon as I said I wanted powder nails. I like powder nails since they last longer and i rarely get my nails done I wanted something special. My nail tech kept saying it take too long and its expensive. Lady i dont care, im paying you arent I? She never gave me a hand massage or anything more than she had to do. When i showed her a picture of what I wanted she grabbed the phone out of my hand and wouldnt let me touch it-not very polite. She also assumed her tip by not giving me back all my change again kinda rude. I will say the nails come out looking fairly decent but i wont be back because of the service. read more

I went here three times. They do care about their customers. They have plexiglass up, sanitize frequently and have you wash your hands multiple times. The first time was absolutely wonderful. I had Kelly. She did amazing work and shaped my nails beautifully. Nice and sharp stiletto. The dip was super even and my nails were long. The next time, I did not get Kelly... the dip was wavy and on of my nails color was missing on the edge. I thought maybe my nails were too long and that caused the issue. The third and final time I got the same person as the second time. I needed a full set and I went shorter to avoid the issues from before... it was worse. Noticeably wavy and color missing from the edge of a number of edges. Stiletto is my shape right now and she did Almond. I know it's a little thing, but i do not like the almond shape on my nails. It was $70! I gave this place 3 stars because they do care about their customers and Kelly was dynamite. But I wouldn't recommend this place because of my last two experiences. read more

The staff is great although you get different results depending on who you get. Sometimes they open a little earlier than the hours posted allowing walk ins which translates into peace and quiet on early morning. This place gets busy but the wait is not long. They are staffed right. Prices are super fair. The polish stays on better than any other place I have tried. They are not properly trained to be waxing!!! And they wouldn't do my nails the way I ask for, they said it takes to long! Then why have it as an option but after they tried to give me the same color just not the finish on top I was like no I would want a different color if you won't add the finish on top then they changed me for a color change WHAT!!!!!!! I give it three stars. The reasoning behind this is because the first time I came here it was a great experience. Fast service and excellent people. However, the second time I came here the people were rude and seated me to get my nails done and they started but then stopped and the lady got up and said someone else would help me. I was with my sister and she was waiting for her turn. Another lady walks in as a walk-in and gets to go ahead of her. I asked the guy saying my sister got here first and he said oh I forgot. I was pretty upset. Not to mention that no one still hasn't come to continue my nails. I wait another 10 min. And still nothing. Mind you they already used that machine on my nails and basically took the layer of my nail off and just left me like that. I look around still no one is coming and the continue to accept others. At this point my sister gets up and leave and as do I. Not going to lie I never want to come back here again because of that. I understand a business has an off day however the customer service was just horrible. Hopefully your experience is better and that they don't stop doing your nails when they already began. I have mixed feelings about this place because I have been here several times. A few times it has been amazing and efficient. Other times, it has been nothing but terrible. Most recently, they cut both of my toes open during a pedicure & when I showed them what they had done, they accused me and got extremely defensive. When I went to another place, they said they had never seen cuts that bad from another pedicure. In addition, the cuts made it SUPER uncomfortable for me to walk for about 2 weeks. If you want REAL service, go to the nail spa on Lincoln and 32nd. AMAZING service and massages during services!!! UPDATE: I ended up having to go to urgent care due to this place. Had to get an ingrown toenail removed (because of them cutting it WAY too short) and the doctor even commented on the cuts I had on my toes from where they cut me :( read more

Then you put me in a chair where I wait for another 15 minutes. I had to leave. I was squeezing in a manicure as it was. I got a full set of acrylics put on during Friday lunchtime. No problem getting an appointment. The cost was $28 plus tip (reg nail polish). It took the tech about 45 minutes so I think that's a fair price. They have a nice selection of colors in both regular and gel polish. My nail tech was friendly but she didn't speak English very well so no small talk. Most of the pedicure stations were filled and everyone looked to be enjoying their time in those chairs... This place isn't fancy. It isn't high end. But, the women are lovely. I have been coming here for over 10 years now. They have watched my daughter practically grow up we've been coming for so long.
