There is a new lady seemed sweet but she hurt my toe so bad it was bleeding for days. Had to wear flip flops in cold weather Couldn't wear shoes. The quality of work and place have gone down. Definitely not the same like before. Appointments are pointless because you still end up waiting over 30 minutes. Pedicures use to have good leg massages, hot rocks and oil, now you just pay more only to get your toes painted. It's not even a pedicure. And I used to go there for over 15years Its time to look for new place

I went in today to get a full set of acrylics, and had Henry as my manicurist, and OHH MY GOD he did such an amazing job!!! This is the most I've ever liked my nails. He helped me figure out what color would look best with the purple I had picked out (ombré nails) and they're absolutely gorgeous. Thank you Henry!! See you in 2-3 weeks

If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn't even get to try this place out. Sat there for almost an hour with my feet in luke warm nasty water without being helped and without anyone telling me how long I'd be waiting. I walked out. On top of the staff being rude and unwelcoming, the place is disgusting and dirty. See image for reference. Don't waste your time here, go elsewhere.

I regret coming here and learned my lesson: you get what you pay for. I came in with long healthy strong nails and the tech Henry thinned them out so much using a drill, they are breaking. The gel polish peeled and chipped the same day and even after getting them fixed the day after it is still chipping. It's only been 6 days. Garbage! read more

from the moment i walked in i was greeted with a warm smile, i believe the manager or the owner did my pedicure cause she was the only one handling the cash register, she was lovely, friendly and talkative to everyone not just me, i came as soon as they opened and there was already 5 people there which gave me a good sign that this place is good/ well known, i enjoyed my time here and even if there was a few things wrong with the gel application i received (im a perfectionist) i would come again, around my toes is where im not too happy about in the picture shown read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. I didn't even get to try this place out. Sat there for almost an hour with my feet in luke warm nasty water without being helped and without anyone telling me how long I'd be waiting. I walked out. I love this nail salon and have been getting my nails done here for the past year and they never disappoint. Everyone that works here is great at their job and are always super friendly and remember you when you walk in the door. This is the only nail shop I have been to where I don't have to fix my shape after my visit. Their attention to detail is what makes Solar Nails my go to place. It is on the smaller side so there may be a wait but it is worth it. They have regular clientele for a reason, the nail techs keep you coming back. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dependable and friendly nail salon. read more

One of the worst experiences I've EVER had at a nail salon. First, all of their colors look super old and had oil line marks on all the bottles. Second, they had me sit in the pedicure chair for 15 minutes (before I walked out) because the technicians were doing each other's nails!!! I honestly can't believe that just happened, but I just walked out and will never return. read more

Been coming here regularly for 5 years. Most recently there seems to be more and more turn over. I started going to a salon near my office but my schedule changed so I came back here. Had a new girl do my nails (dipping powder). They chipped shortly after but not a big deal. When I went back 3 weeks later, I noticed in my middle finger the mail was turning green. The girl I had this time told me I probably hit it against something. Didn't pay any mind to to but then a week later, I noticed two more nails were turning green. I sat at my desk at work and pulled off all my nails. I'm so disappointed! I hate writing this review because for years they were great. read more

My absolute favorite nail salon. Ive been going here for about three years. I don't go any where else. They can give you whatever you ask for. If they recommend something just listen, they have good judgement. If you want a good set don't rush them and come with plenty of time to spare. They truly take their time on everyone so expect them to do the same for you and expect an amazing outcome, just be patient. They will all take really good care of you. Always call for an appointment you get 10% off. They are extremely busy on the weekends in the afternoon. They will always recommend gel or the dipping powder, it's literally worth what you pay for. They do a great job at everything pedicures, full sets, and even eye brow waxing. IF you haven't had the paraffin wax on your pedicure, I highly recommend that as well. I used to live about an hour and a half away from here and I would drive here every two weeks without complaint. If you're going anywhere else I can assure you that you will be happier here. read more

The people were nice but there was just a big issue. I went to go get my eyebrows waxed and I specifically showed them a picture of how I wanted it and really told them to not make it thin at all. I got the complete opposite. I just kinda wished the service at this salon was more experienced with these types of stuff. read more

Had an appt for my daughter at noon, we arrived at 11:55am. I dropped her off to run a few errands and she texts me at 12:40pm saying she hasn't been seen. I was pulling into the parking lot when she texted me , so I parked and got down. I asked them how much longer and he said "moon" who we had an appt with was finishing up someone's nails so about 10 more minutes. I then asked what's the point of making an appt If you won't be seen anytime close to the appt time. Super rude when in conversation. Never again and I wouldn't recommend to anyone that likes to make appts for services. Plus it looks dirty read more

I get my nails done at this nail shop and right after I get them done they break. Every nail salon I have been to there nails last but these dont. I like the prices but the quality is poor, and then to repair them cost five for two which is good but they shouldn't charge if they break every other day. read more

I would not recommend this place! The guy who did my pedi scrubbed so hard he actually removed skin off the side of my foot, and the girl that did my mani nipped me twice when cleaning my cuticles...ouch!!! I wasn't looking for super fancy considering it's in a strip mall off of 19ave and Bell, but this place is downright disgusting!!! State board should be notified. Lots of good nail salons in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and avoid this one!!!! read more

My mom and I went yesterday and my mom was not treated nicely. This was our second time going and I believe we were treated badly. The lady was being rude and was in a hurry to finish my mom's nails when there was no more customers and it wasn't close to closing time. My mom asked for the price beforehand and when the lady was doing her nails she said it would be an extra five dollars for what my mom had wanted when she had already told her that it would be just $30. It wasn't about the money,it was just the way she talked to my mom. She was very rude even when doing my mom's nails. She was talking on the phone and in a hurry to finish while doing my mom's nails. There was no customers so it seemed like she was just in a hurry to finish. She didn't even use the thing to dry my mom's nails all she did was tell her to wait 3 minutes for them to dry. I won't be coming back because I was very disappointed on how my mom was treated. read more

After I paid with a debit card I asked for a stamp on the loyalty card that I had picked up from the stack on the counter. I was told that you only get a loyalty stamp if you pay in cash. Nowhere on the card, desk, menu, etc does it say that. I honestly felt like my business was not needed at Capri so after 4 years I will surely be finding a salon that appreciates all of their customers.

It has been a while since I have gone to a nail salon to get my nails done because I have short…read morenails, but we are heading to a wedding the following weekend and I wanted to have pretty nails so I went in to get acrylics. I made an appointment and arrived. It was a husband and wife team working and the wife was the one that did my nails. Since I'm not very familiar with acrylics, she was asking me if I wanted to put just tips or the whole nail. I was confused and so she was showing me the difference. Since I just wanted a French manicure, I told her I just wanted the tips then. She then proceeded to tell her husband in Vietnamese that she shouldn't have given me the option because I ended up choosing the less expensive of the two. Now let me preface that I am Asian, Vietnamese to be exact. So I can understand everything that she was saying. I don't know why she didn't think that I could possibly understand what they were saying, but whatever reason she clearly did not think that I was Vietnamese. Was I super happy with my nails at the end of the day? It was just all right. I feel like the powder she put on made my nails look super thick and very fat and wide at the ends. Aside from not being too excited about my nails, the one star was because of the fact that her and her husband talked crap about every person in that salon and the people who were calling in to make appointments. I hate when they do this. They even complained about me, when they did my pedicure. They complained about the two ladies who left while I was there and how they were cheap and did not tip very well and scoffed at them about it. They complained about the older lady who finished her manicure and pedicure, and asked if she could get her eyebrows done saying that lady was needy and they will just get it done real fast just to get more money. And Nicole? If you are the Nicole that called in asking if you could come in on that Saturday for a manicure anytime after 10 AM and after putting you on hold for about five minutes and coming back and letting you know that they could do 11 AM or 2 PM and you chose the 2 PM. They proceeded to complain about you too about why you didn't choose the 11 AM if that option was there considering you said it needed to be after 10 AM. They said you could've saved them a lot of time if you just said you could come in at 2 PM instead of saying anytime after 10 AM because then they wouldn't have to figure out their schedule and figure a proper time that they could fit you in. Also, while she was doing my nails, it was very clear that her and her husband were playing some kind of video game on their cell phones, which involved farming or something because you gather stuff to get coins. She would literally do my nails with one hand and go feed her cows or whatever before the time ran out and she wouldn't get her coins. It got to the point where she would tell her husband to get on her phone and farm for her. He also was on his phone doing his own farming so they would argue about not helping each other out. Anyhow, any salon can do the most beautiful nails, but I would never come back knowing that all they do is talk crap about their customers in Vietnamese. If you frequent this place and think you're a favorite customer, I would think again. There were ladies walking out that they knew them by name. and would say see you next time and the minute they walked out would say something negative.

I got a Cat Eye gel pink, which totaled up to around $45 (it would've been $10 cheaper if it weren't Cat Eye and just a regular gel)! My nail tech Anny did such a wonderful job, I will be requesting her next time too. She was very gentle in the removal of my past gel -- I feel like I've had nail techs who kind of just chip away at the gel and my natural nail. But Anny was super gentle and was very detail-oriented with the clean-up and shaping. My nails looked so fresh and clean before she even painted it. The final results of her work are in the pictures I attached! One thing to note is that they do not accept Apple Pay, and I ended up tipping my nail tech through Venmo since I believe they only take cash. Total I probably spent $65ish with tip. It's been a week since going and my nails haven't chipped or anything, and the paint's still in tact. Love this place!

I've had wonderful service with Nancy. Andy is pretty quiet but does a great job. The rest are snotty and not hospitable at all. Not the most welcoming type of service. My request is easy. All I want outside of a pedicure is SNS NO COLOR you would think how hard is that to have clear nails that just make your nails shining. Well it seems to be difficult at this location. Which the cost for short nails no color which they end up putting color is $48. I don't have money to waste for mistakes. My recommendation is to be as clear as possible even with the easiest task and show a picture. I walk in requesting for my nails to look the same which had no colored and come out with a hint of color.
