However, when I was finished and went to pay cash .. they only took $2 off .. which was not the usual cah discount. I asked why and I was given an answer that was not understandable. My first pedicure was a great experience here. My friend wanted to go and I thought sure, why not. After I understood why people love pedicures. They have an amazing selection of colors and following my friend's lead I grabbed a bottle of polish and followed her to a couple empty chairs. My friend made reservations in advance so we sat next to each other. The large chair was very comfortable and the beautician was amazing. I had no clue how much dead skin and thick callouses were on my feet until she scrubbed them painlessly smooth. I have ingrown toenails. I long gave up on them. Magically she corrected everything and suddenly my toes were pain free. Then she painted my toes better than I ever could have! I was so thrilled. I thought the end result was worth every penny! Remember to bring cash to tip your beautician. They work very hard and deserve the tips! read more

This was my first time at ocean nails, and overall had a good experience. My manicurists name was "She", and she was very nice and gentle. I have ingrown toenails so I appreciated this as She got them back in the right shape. First things first BRING CASH. There is a surcharge if you use a credit/debit card. They do have an atm in the store, but again, it comes with another surcharge. I did not know this information before I stopped in and a regular nail polish manicure plus a deluxe pedicure with with regular nail polish came to $61 before tip when using the card. (Also tell them before they run your credit card how much tip you want to add; as there is no way to add tip after). There was nothing extraordinary about my experience, but everyone was polite, it all was clean, and the massage chairs worked. read more

Pretty mediocre. Walked in and asked for a full set. Looked at the swatch sticks and immediately knew i wasn't going to have a good time since the swatch sticks applications weren't smoothe. The lady i had over filed my right thumb, and the shapes were off from each hand. She also did dip powder underneath the gel polish which made my nails look lumpy. I feel like if we just stook with the polish method, it would've looked so much better. She didnt paint the sides of my left nails so thankfully the manager redid them, that was nice of him. But now i have the overfill look where the polish covers the cuticles. Sigh.. read more

My experience here was just okay--I got an SNS manicure (which I've been doing for years) and it took nearly two hours--with an appointment called ahead. They switched my tech 3 times for some reason and the 3rd tech that did a majority of the work cut 4 fingers under the skin of my cuticles. Like I said, I've done SNS for years now and I never walk out with fingers aching from a dip manicure. Disappointed and won't be back. I was so impressed and happy with my service today! First time and first day back after our COVID-19 shutdown and wasn't sure what to expect. This Nail Business was competely ready and dialed in with all the new precautions and new protocols in place. I forgot my mask and was given one. I was asked to wash my hands as soon as I walked in. Hand Sanitizer galore. Plexiglass shields hanging from the ceiling protecting staff and clients receiving pedicures. Shields on every nail station. The salon was not over crowded and everybody was perfectly spaced apart. I felt completely safe and even took pictures to show my friends. It was very obvious that this new situation has been taken very seriously by the owners and staff and no corners were cut. Highly recommend them. I am utterly shocked. I just called to ask on pricing. The gentleman on the phone shared the pricing with me and could not clearly explain to me what was included in a deluxe pedicure for $69. So I said no way your prices are too expensive I'll call somewhere else and I hung up. The gentleman had the audacity to call me back and harass me over the phone.
