In the interim some friends that I spoke to said that they would never go to Community for various reasons. My experience !! It was seamless. We pulled up to the entrance and somebody was right there to valet our car, I was directed to the lab area, and had all my tests done, it was so easy. I met a nurse there I believe her name was Liz and she was so friendly and comforting. But from the time I checked in at the desk to the time I left everybody that I came in contact with was wonderful!! I had my surgery on February 26th and I went home on February 27. From start to finish it was a very pleasant experience. I just now wish that I hadn't been afraid to do it and I put it off for way too long. My Dr is Dr.Nugent and he is absolutely the best. So absolutely no complaints if I had to do it over again I would certainly go to your hospital. I hurt my hand over a month ago and I had been delaying having someone look at it. My primary care does not have the tools to do so and an ER seemed way to extreme. Upon entering the Family First Urgent Care I was pleasantly surprised. The inside is gorgeous, clean, and vey welcoming. I explained to the front desk attendant my situation and that I also had no experience with a walk-in clinic. She explained everything to me and gave me some paperwork to fill out. It was a Thursday evening and I was one of only 3 people there. After filling out my paperwork I waited about 10 minutes until a nurse retrieved me. The nurse brought me into a super clean and nice patient room he asked me some questions and was extremely nice and comfortable to talk to. After the doctor came in and spoke to me and ran some tests. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. Overall, I am so glad I know of this place. It is close to my home, it was super clean and nice. The attendance, nurse, and doctor were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. I didn't have to wait long and the whole experience definitely changed my perspective of a walk-in.

Nurse Ray brought me into the OR and introduced me to everyone before the Anesthesiologist Dayan put me to sleep so Dr. Meyer could make me whole again. I don't know how long the surgery was but I was swell enough to go home without any problems and some discomfort which is normal. I would highly recommend them and Dr. Meyer's for their treatment and they are on time.

Anytime a test was taken, they gave me the estimated turnaround time and kept me up to date. This facility also has a CT scan which meant I did not have to go to the main hospital location in Brick. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and caring attention that I received and that I overheard other patients receiving. A great alternative to the main hospital ER.

Breast Biopsies: First, it took a few months to actually get this scheduled, not with them as a whole, not at all, they were fantastic.. but with my Insurance. Anyway, made my appointment and the long and short of it is, the staff, especially my nurse who held my hand, wiped my brow and talked me through the pain, because it hurts a lot, gave me water and helped me remain calm and breath. She is an absolute angel & if hadn't been for her, I don't think I could have managed, my biopsy's were 1 day 8:30a-12:30p, that's a long time....and Like I said b4- do not let the fear and the it can't happen to me---dissuade you from taking care of yourself, I put it off for far toooooo long. I highly recommend this location for medical care. I see that others have not had the same positive experiences or desired outcome, but I can only speak for myself and my experiences, which have been positive and exemplary.
