I wasn't impressed by Yelps options so when I looked on Google I was surprised I hadn't seen Perfection Nails on yelp as the reviews were so high on Google. I called in for a walk in and they accepted. I was surprised by how small the place was, with 3 pedicure chairs/3 manicure chairs/1 bathroom, but they greeted me with enthusiasm and I felt comfortable. I liked that they lock the door from the outside so you don't have to worry about any unwanted guests coming in. Vy did my nails and she was super patient and nice, a lot of conversations that were pleasantly more than small talk! She's super funny and lovely it made me kind of sad I couldn't be a regular as I'm just visiting. But what mattered to me most is I'm a super indecisive person, so her not guilting me about changing my mind and being supportive was super reassuring for me. The price for a refill and 2 nail designs might be considered pricey, but I honestly didn't mind because Vy was so attentive to me and really took her time. Will definitely come back if I'm in the area!

I found the reviews here on Yelp and immediately knew this was the place. She was so warm, friendly, and communicative - and responded right away to my inquiry. She got me in so fast, and I could not be happier with everything. Her space is *pristine* - I have never seen a nail space so clean. I'm talking hospital-level clean. It is so clear that she is passionate about what she does, and her skill level is next level. She shaped my short, natural nails perfectly, and even identified some high stress areas (I work with my hands) and filed in such a way to reduce future breakage. We did a beautiful semi transparent pink polish that complimented my undertones, and she suggested a subtle French tip which I absolutely love. The atmosphere was very calming and comfortable, and I was offered a variety of beverages for drinking while I received my service. They were very gentle with my toenails and did a fantastic job. They made sure the temperature of the water, hot rags, wax, and stones weren't too hot and treated my feet with care. I noticed all the equipment they used came out of sealed autoclave bags, which helped me feel safe and assured me of the cleanliness of the studio. Honestly, this was a far more comfortable experience than the salon I used last season, so I think this earned its place as my new regular shop. Keep up the good work!
