Instead, it turned into one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had. My appointment was for a fill-in and pedicure. When the technician began painting my nails, I immediately told him after the SECOND nail that the color was wrong. I had chosen brown. What was being put on my nails was gray. I was very clear that it was not the color I selected and that I did not want it. Rather than simply correcting the problem, my concern was dismissed and I was still expected to pay for nails in a color that I specifically said was wrong while the service was being performed. Even worse, during my daughter's manicure, they CUT HER FINGER badly enough that she was bleeding. That is completely unacceptable. A salon should be able to handle something as basic as correcting the wrong polish color, and a customer should certainly not leave with a bleeding finger after a manicure. Mistakes can happen, but the way we were treated afterward showed a shocking lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I left extremely upset and honestly stunned by how this entire situation was handled. I will absolutely never return to PRIVE Nail Salon, and based on our experience today, I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
