The service is very friendly but they can get very busy with pickup orders. So walking up and ordering is not always the quickest as they get a ton of phone orders that will take priority. The ambiance is nice, but there is no indoor seating. They do have a very nice patio with table and benches which is great for most of the beautiful sunny days we get in Yucaipa. It is a little pricey but I think the quality and quantity of the food is well worth the price. My family and I love getting yuthaipa and definitely will keep supporting this business and the great things that they are doing.

The dining area had two TVs showing family-friendly programming--one featured a Vietnamese cooking show, while the other was airing FIFA coverage on a news channel. It created a relaxed atmosphere, and we enjoyed a calm dinner with our 3- and 6-year-old children after a long day at the lavender farm. I also tried the Orange Thai Iced Tea. It was refreshing, though I didn't really notice much orange flavor. There are two individual single-stall restrooms available, and both were clean. It's a shame that I have to give this place only one star, because the food is actually a 4.5 or 5. But the service is a zero. As I sit here writing, I'm in the restaurant waiting to be served food that my family ordered 35 minutes ago. Two noodle dishes and beef fried rice. There's only one waitress, one busboy and apparently one cook. I'm looking around at other tables also without food, and one party just left, tired of waiting. The busboy works hard and has to pick up the slack for the inattentive waitress, but he's got too much to do. The bottom line is, this place needs more staff immediately--at least one more server and two more cooks. This is the third time we've had this experience and unfortunately it will be the last, until the service gets better, much better. Waiting 35 minutes for fried rice is unacceptable. read more

Viet. food out in Yucaipa? I'll take it. Food isn't too bad. The Pho Dac Biet is all right. Nothing to completely be sold on, but not something I'd immediately bash when I'm desperate for Vietnamese food. The pricing is just a tad bit higher than what I normally deal with, but it's in Yucaipa. Service is sometimes a little slow and strange the way they may bring your food first and the appetizer last. Also not everyone gets their food at the same time which is awkward for the table. On the high note, they have amazing Vietnamese food. The Oxtail Pho is my favorite. My son loves the boba drinks and the fried rice. Wow, this is my first Yelp review! After 2 years going abroad, I come back my home in Yucaipa. My mom brings me to this spot to enjoy Pho (Vietnamese noodles), it is strange and very tasteful. Delicious! I love stopping here when I am craving pho. They offer vegan pho with vegetable broth that is very tasty. When they first rolled out the vegan broth, it lacked flavor but I am glad to say they corrected that and it's now delicious! We make this kind of food at home. Their food is authentic. We even suggest it for people who like Lee's out in Orange County, Ocean Pho has the sandwich's if you have a craving! Remember they actually make the food to order so expect to wait as they slice, dice and sauté. read more
