Beautiful atmosphere

New Owners , new management, since August. Bravo, well done. This establishment provided excellent customer service. Food was delicious. My spouse and I shared shredded chicken Pho, and spring rolls. Items full of flavor. So many menu items to choose from, including vegan options. We will definitely be back. And we were seated quickly and received our food fast. If you have not stopped by, do it today. You wont regret it.

Hamburger patty for beef banh mi... Bread was so flat, soft, white, looked like it was not baked. The bread was actually wet in both sandwiches I ordered so I had to get a refund.

Don't put vegan options when yall clearly don't even read orders and are not mindful of vegan orders. I ordered a veggie tofu sandwich and specifically put no sauce, and vegan and every allergy under the sun to be sure there wouldn't be any mayo or dairy on it. It arrived with mayo. Something easily avoidable by reading the ticket. People get SICK from digesting dairy, egg, meat, the least you can do as a business is treat vegans as serious as someone with an allergy.

great service, we stopped by on Christmas eve, I had the chicken pho, I rate it a 8/10. It was good, I would've liked a little more chicken. The shrimp spring rolls were good, 8/10. Very clean and our food was ready relatively quick.

Ordered #68, rice with sautéed diced filet mignon w/onion (French style). Soft and juicy beef. Flavor not as intense compared to same dish I've tasted before with other places. Same with my beef banh mi (French bread sandwich). Flavor of beef is very light and bread did not look & tasted like French to me. Veggies were crunchy as served fresh. Thai tea less sugary but good soft chewy boba made the drink still enjoyable. Warm welcome and accommodating service. Person helping us answered all our questions (first timer here). Place quiet and comfortable. Regular and handicap parking available right in front. No EV slot noticed. Accessible either from Alabama st. or Barton rd. In Redlands.

If you're looking for the best pho in town, look no further. I've been coming to this spot for almost six years, and it never disappoints. The food here is simply AMAZING, nothing compares to the rich, flavorful broth and the freshness of the ingredients. Every dish is made with such care that it feels like a warm hug in a bowl. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. On top of that, the restaurant is spotless, which always gives me peace of mind. The environment is calm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a quiet meal or catch up with friends. The location is also super convenient, which is just another reason I keep coming back. The service is impressively fast too--you'll never wait long, even during the lunch rush. This place has truly set the bar for pho. I recommend it to everyone I know. After nearly six years of loyalty, I can confidently say this is a hidden gem that deserves all the praise! I recommend the Fried Chicken Wings, ANY Pho but chicken and brisket are my favorite, all the fried rice are amazing, the beef spring rolls are to die for!!

It was somewhat of a sad occasion when I last returned here--this time alone--because I had very recently learned that my long-time friend, retired court commissioner, former fellow Deputy D.A., and weekly lunch companion for exactly fifty years had just passed away only a few days before. For five decades we had alternated in choosing restaurants, and this Ocean Pho was one of our staples. So, in honor of my departed friend, I chose to dine here alone, with him in mind. I opened with two Vegetarian Egg Rolls, which were okay but not as tasty as in the past. Dipped in a light Sweet & Sour Sauce, they were made more flavorful. My chosen entree of Filet Mignon Pho was the best I remembered here: well-seasoned broth featuring an excellent cut of perfectly lean Filet Mignon, Green Onions, White Onions, and well-prepared Pho Noodles. A few Jalapenos added some spice, and accompanying Bean Sprouts a nice crunch. There was an ample amount of everything: steak, noodles, and broth. For good measure, I added a few drops of Soy Sauce. Service was very good. An Iced Tea was very tasty, and I was given a complimentary refill to go. It was very hot outside, but eating hot Pho inside on such a day was still quite enjoyable--although less so dining without my good friend. XXXX-1/2 Stars Overall!

This place has lots of booth options and atmosphere is nice and peaceful We ordered a filet mignon pho and a French style beef with no onion. The menu advertised it only came with onion but then they added bell pepper to the plate. I think it was because the portion of beef was not generous in my opinion. My pho was good. The beef was not. The meat did not taste fresh and had underlying tastes of iron. This pho place was just okay. I would only come back here if it was convenient and I would only order pho dishes

Dirty place. Coming from pest control industry I'm well aware that if the areas in public view aren't clean then you can multiply the level of dirtiness in inaccessible areas such as the kitchen by 10. The condiment plates, the walls of the tables, walls at rear by bathroom, the bathroom walls and fixtures and floors were gross. Clearly had not been cleaned regularly. Patron beware of where you eat when the owners don't care about what we see.

Early lunch on 03/02/25 (we were the first ones there when they opened). Ordered appetizers, noodles, and pho. Staff was friendly and attentive and the food was good. I have eaten here before but this is my first review. Everything we had was delicious.

I have not been eating inside the rest. Or dining in. So I can't really make a comment regarding the service. The restaurant it self is clean, brightly lit and spacious. We ordered to go alot in the past. Picking up our orders were a breeze. Friendly host to help us. Food is not bad at all. Flavorful and the portion is just right. Just glad to have another variety of Vietnamese cuisine nearby.

What an amazing experience!…read more I was looking online for a good Vietnamese restaurant, and there were several options around the area. At the end, my party decided on Pho Viet -- based on reviews, menu items, and proximity. We ordered several items: the fried egg rolls were amazing! They were filled to the brim and served with some lettuce, cucumber, and a daikon carrot slaw. They were an absolute HIT! Personally, I love a good Birds Nest (that's what it's called where I'm from). Here, it's called the "Stir Fried Beef, Chicken, Shrimp With Mixed Vegetable With Crispy Egg Noodle". It is a great portion to share with 2-4 people! The sauce was good and they were generous with the portion options on top. The rest of my party ordered the pho and they said it tasted rich, clean, not heavy, and perfectly seasoned! Service was great, too; we were the only ones in the restaurant and after ordering, I kid you not but entire order was on our table in less than 5 minutes! I was hesitant at first, but all the food was fresh-to-order. No microwave/under the heat lamp food here! So glad to have discovered this hidden gem in the Redlands! As a person with allergies, I was very nervous to order anything as the menu has zero descriptions of what is in the plate just the name of the plate and then the translation in Vietnamese next to it with a price. How do I know if it has bok choy in it onions in it eggs in it cabbage in it green beans in it? How am I supposed to know if it's spicy or not? The staff was very friendly and accommodating was quick to bring me out water and try to answer some of the questions I had, but I just didn't have the confidence to move forward with any of the plates with out understanding what items were in them. It smelt amazing in there and I'm sure the food is good. Just need to clarify what they are offering.

The restaurant itself is very spacious with tons of seating, but that honestly made it feel awkward. No music, no vibe--just a big TV in the middle playing a Vietnamese food channel. Interior was average, nothing memorable. Service was okay. The server told us to sit anywhere, brought menus right away, and then the food came out WAY TOO FAST, which immediately felt off. When the pho arrived, the noodles were overcooked and hard. And honestly felt like it might've been someone else's order that got handed to us. That alone was off-putting. As you can see in my video, there was no steam coming off the pho, meaning the broth wasn't even hot. The broth was... eh. Not rich, not flavorful, just a very mediocre blend. Nothing comforting or standout about it. I don't have a photo, but the egg rolls were also overcooked and disappointing. No lettuce or pickled carrots/radish on the side either, which is a big miss for me since that's how I like to eat them. Also, don't be fooled by some of the Yelp reviews. Especially the ones with 1-2 reviews. Feels very friends-and-family fake reviews. And a lot of "best ever" praise, yet most of them don't even talk about the pho. Just banh mi, spring rolls, Vietnamese crepe, or rice porridge. And one guy claiming this is the best pho out of LA and OC? Come on. That one definitely felt like a family member. First impression? Probably won't be back. There are way better pho spots around that are actually worth the visit.

I noticed there are quite a few reviews complaining about bad service and orders being incorrect. In my personal experience, I haven't had any major issues, but I can see why some mistakes happen. One thing that drives me crazy is when servers don't write down orders. The young lady who took our order had to come back and confirm it with me twice. At that point, it would have been easier to just write it down the first time. To be fair, I think a lot of the negative reviews could be avoided with that simple change. When you're trying to memorize multiple orders, mistakes are bound to happen. Wrong orders lead to frustrated customers, and frustrated customers leave 1-star reviews. That said, the food itself is decent and has been consistently good during my visits. If management can tighten up the ordering process and have servers write things down, I think it would improve the overall experience and help the restaurant earn the ratings the food deserves.

For a Saturday at 4:30pm, we were seated and waited on immediately. The menu was expansive and I was surprised with the amount of vegetarian options for a Chinese restaurant. Our server was helpful in suggesting various fish options and knew their wait times. Some notable dishes were the sizzling beef with black pepper, beef scallion rolls, honey walnut chicken, mapo tofu, and fried chicken. The dishes that could be improved for flavor were the vegetarian steamed dumplings, steamed whole fish, and beef chow fun. We probably ordered around 8-10 plates (all dishes came with rice) and many arrived at the same time. The prices were very reasonable for the portions and it was just enough for everyone. Since we had a birthday celebrant, they were able to put our personal cake in the fridge. Our server provided a complimentary matcha cheesecake and candle towards the end of our meal. His robot server sidekick also sang happy birthday! I did feel like they were understaffed because the lobby hostess had to find the server for me several times when I asked for our cake and the check. When we arrived, the hostess attempted to seat us at a table that would not have comfortably accommodated our group. I politely asked if we could be seated at a nearby table that had more space. In response, she rolled her eyes and let out an audible sigh, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. When we were eventually seated at the requested table, she placed the menus down abruptly and did not hand one to me directly, instead leaving it at the end of the table. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and, frankly, not in line with the level of service I would expect from a hostess. That said, I want to note that the rest of our experience was positive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food itself was also very good (I would not recommend the orange chicken though) and something I would return for. I hope management takes the opportunity to address the front-of-house experience, as first impressions matter and can significantly impact a guest's overall perception.
